Why do you think you were banned: Because I had broken the rules of the discord server.
Why should we unban you: I am writing to express deep sadness and kindly ask that you re-examine my suspension on the Discord server. My recent behaviour, particularly the post which I said “giving away free money dm me,” was wrong-headed and out of order. I have learned that such posts contravene the guidelines of the server. This is something I truly regret and would like to prove my commitment towards following rules in this server in future.
To begin with, I would like to acknowledge that my message was a breach of the server rules which were made to make sure everyone enjoys fair and pleasing experiences. Provision or solicitation of in-game money tends to disrupt the balance and fairness maintained by admins towards every player in the game. At that time, I didn’t take into account how my acts could have affected others negatively within the community, and for this, I apologize. It is now apparent to me why these rules exist and are so strictly implemented. If allowed, I will gladly return to the server, and I promise to make a meaningful contribution. I pledge to change my behavior so that it can conform with the community standards and be more considerate of what I do. So as to show you how much I am committed, I will accept any position or responsibility that can bring about benefits to our society. This could mean showing newcomers how things go by, lending a helping hand in discussions aimed at maintaining positive vibes. After following rules, I really want to be active and grow with the server. Reinstatement will enable me create a fresh come back with more respect and responsibility in the server. Another thing to note is that I want to participate with others while on the server. This will include creating helpful guides or tutorials for other players, organizing in-game events that encourage fair play, and moderating discussions so they do not turn into insults.By taking on these duties, I can show that I am truly sorry and am willing to make up for it. But if given a second chance, I would like to commit myself in following rules and contribute positively towards the server. My aim with this apology letter is for you to see the sincerity as well as commitment to becoming an active member of the community again.
