Why do you think you were banned: Hello, I have been on a long break since I was banned and the last couple days I was thinking about this server and getting back to the community. Unfortunately this is my second appeal but Im not really sure why I even got the ban. Last thing that happend to me on the server was that I was just robbing a store with my friend everything was going fine, they caught us, we went to prison and thats it I dont remember that I did something wrong. Next day I tried to get into the server and I saw the ban. Maybe I did something wrong but I really cant remember doing anything against the rules.
Why should we unban you: I think you should unban me because I think I didnt do anything that broke the RP rule(G3.1). Im not saying that this is your fault that Im banned but I really cant think of anything wrong that I did in the proces of robbing the store with my friend. Maybe you have more information about what happend, if you could enlight me, I would probably be more wiser about the situation. Im really sorry that this is my second appeal but I just cant remember what I did wrong or didnt. I would like to get back to the community and have some good RP expirience with my friends and the others. I really dont want to let down what I did in the server and how much I things I bringed in it. I want to see what has become new in the server and maybe I can help to improvise even more. I just been on a long break and I was felling the nostalgia of everything I did. So if I did anything wrong please inform me but I really think I didnt. I just want to continue my RP life and help the community to improvise and get better. Thank you for taking your time and reading this.

I unbanned you last on 12/04/2024, you managed to last until 10/07/2024 before receiving another permanent ban.

I do find it difficult to believe you've absolutely no idea why you're banned, else you would've disputed this ban sooner in belief you're innocent.
You did appeal, but I believe it to be a bit of a troll appeal if anything.

To refresh your memory, you jumped off of the La Puerta freeway to escape from Police with one of your friends Jan, to which both of your actions were perfectly in sync even without talking in game.

Hello @Danoo, thank you for replying.
I was thinking about what have happened and why I got banned and with your reply you reminded me and now I rememberd that actually, yes, me and my friend metagamed a little and Im really sorry for doing that at first, but we only did that one time just because we tried to perfect the robbery and see how it would go with metagaming. I mean we didnt metagame to much we were just not talking in game when we were in a car running away. I am really sorry for doing that and not serious roleplaying. When I roleplay Im always trying to keep it 100% serious and in game. What Im saying is that Im always trying not to involve real life into the roleplay. I know you have a lot of problems with metagaming and its a serious thing especially in roleplaying. We just did it that one time for that one purpose and Im not going to try and do that again. Because its a bad effect on the roleplay and I dont want to be involved in any of those. I hope you can forgive me and give me the third chance. If you give me the chance Im not going to try and break the rules of the rp community again and Im gonna keep my roleplay as serious as it was just without metagaming. Again, my apologys for breaking the rules, it wont happen again and I hope you can forgive me. Thank you for taking your time.

This wasn't the only time it had happened.

The same friend (Jan) was downed somewhere only a miracle worker could locate.
You, without any indication or trail found them straight away with no communication on the server between the two of you.
That incident happened 29/05/24
You were banned for the same reason on 10/07/24
It's reasonable to suggest you two were metagaming the entire time.
You appealed the day after your ban and clearly hadn't read the rules as you suggested you were banned for coughing/sneezing.


You have been caught in a lie my friend.
I can no longer trust anything you've written here in this appeal.
