In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: crashed into some lady while taxiing then she got mad, I called my mate then she stabbed me. When my mate came he shot her couple of times when he saw me dead then drove away because cops came. Some of her friends came at around the same time when my mate came they took me and carried me put me into his car drove off to the beach, threw me into the water and left me there. I just quit the game because I thought it would be fine since they threw me into the water and left but thinking back on it I should’ve waited until I respawned at the hospital or something. So I think I got banned because I left too early.

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me because I left after they left me in the water and drove off sure I left without respawning, but I didn’t ruin roleplay for anybody and also it was 4 months ago so I would say enough time has passed for me to get unbanned, I would also say it was a mistake that won’t happen again because I stopped getting mad over games so it wouldn’t bother my thinking like it did at that time so I’m sure it won’t happen again.

I notice you say you no longer get "mad over games", can I trust moving forward that you will not break rules out of anger during the heat of the moment? 
How have you managed to prevent this?

Yes you can trust me I’m more relaxed usually now It’s not that I don’t get mad over games I don’t get mad over anything dumb. I realized that games aren’t all that important and what happens in them isn’t also, they are made for fun not raging and it’s pretty meaningless getting mad over them nothing is achieved and usually if something is achieved it’s something bad like in this scenario.

I need to know how I can trust that you'll not go ahead and break the same rule again out of rage.

For some reason games just aren’t really important to me now, at all basically, and I just used them for fun in my free time and if a game starts frustrating me I just calm myself and leave when I can. I only start playing the game again if I think it will be fun.

What if you can't leave the game to calm yourself down? What if you're in an active roleplay situation. If you left that would be combat logging.

How are you able to prevent a situation like this happening again WITHOUT just leaving to calm yourself down?

Im really just not mad at games anymore, so it cant happen anymore and its not gonna happen anymore. You have my word. As I said in the past appeal. If I get a little bit mad at them its just a little enough for me to be able to stay calm. Not just this game but in every other game. And again as I said if i get mad at games which is now barely impossible, Ill just realize that its just a game and if I need to calm myself down.
