Reason given for your ban: C2.2 & C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for combat logging and using emotes to not get hit by bullets

combat logging - I discovered that when using f8 quit id have a chance to respawn back into the city alive while being dead, I would do this when being dumped in the ocean or when I simply couldn't be bothered waiting for the NHS to arrive. Rules are there for a reason and the one month I've had out the city has been a good chance to reflect on my actions, I can assure you all rules in the future will be met to the highest standard.

In game exploit- I found out while roleplaying that doing a specific emote while driving would lead to you not being seen or shot at. Being stupid I tried it out and realised it was a very dumb decision, holding my hands up i know I'm in the wrong and if it happened to me I wouldn't be happy. All rules are made for a reason and I can now appreciate this. Once again I'm sorry for my actions and i hope to get a flight back to the city soon.

Why should we unban you ?:

this is my first ever ban and offence, id love to be given a second chance to prove to you and myself I can follow the rules. I have already made 2 appeals, the first giving me a one month ban and the second one telling me I got denied, for not doing enough. I hope this is enough to be given a second chance as I don't know what else to say, I just want to come back because its the only server I've played and loved and to be honest, I miss it a lot.

Whilst yes this is your first ban this isn't the first punishment as a whole. So did you read our rules from the get go, Also did you not read the discord announcement in relation to using emotes within a gunfight to dodge bullets? 

You've mentioned you have had the chance to reflect on my actions, How so, Explain this to us. 

Looking over you have said sorry for breaking the rules but not really explained why you did what you did. I'll link the player report below for you to have a look and explain to us why you did what you did. 




 
I did read the rules from, the get go, yet I'm not sure I read the discord announcement . 

I reflected on my actions, I was thinking how my actions ruined the flow of roleplay and how annoying I must've been to people in the community. I broke the rules simply because my friend was at my house, watching me play, you could say I was being foolish to show off. 

 
So how can we be sure that if you are with your friends should we give you another chance that you won't as you put it show off again? 

Why did you combat log after being downed? What was the goal for this.

You read the rules yet decided to break them, Doesn't install to much confidence overall that you won't break more rules should you decide to. This is your time to convince us that you will follow the rules. 

 
because it was a one off thing, I can promise you it wont happen again. 

I cant actually remember the reason of me combat logging, it was either the nhs were taking too long or I had to do something important outside the city. sorry for breaking the rules i hope to be forgiven.

 
Why should you be given another chance? What can you bring to the server? 

 
I had a good group of friends by roleplaying and I did make a lot of people laugh in the city, as I was new to role play when I first joined I feel like I learnt very fast and I will only get better. I cant see myself in any other city than this one.

 
One chance, and only one. Do not use emotes in ways that they were not meant to be used, do not log off in an attempt to forego roleplay and/or exploit bugs. Simple. We will not entertain another unban from you if you break these rules again.
