Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The rule quoted to be is as above, 2.9 - transferring money or items between my own characters. I have spoken to a staff member to try and gain some clarification however they suggested I submit an appeal.

I have been thinking about the rule and read it word for word as suggested and I'm being completely honest with the fact that I have no idea what this is about. I trust the clarification given by Jason when he said that this was not a mistake but if you held a gun to my head right now I could not tell you where I have transferred items or money between my characters.

Why should we unban you ?: As I said above I don't have any idea as to why I was banned. I have been on the server for a long while now and I have never been in any trouble with breaking rules. I pride myself in trying to be the best RP player I can and contribute to the server by creating unique RP situations. If I have broken this rule then please tell me when and how so I have a chance to explain myself. As I said I haven't been in trouble on the server in the year+ that I've been around and I do not have an issue with owning my mistakes and apologising for them. This isn't a case of me acting oblivious to a situation and taking the piss, I genuinely just have no idea.

I hope that we can work this out and that you can see that unbanning me would be of benefit to the server as I have no intention of being in a position that I have to appeal a ban again.

I can't exact the exact instance? If it was April I would have been quite new to the server. That being said there is no denying I knew the rules however I wouldn't have knew the severity. Given that I have been on the server for a while and given good and unique RP situations being a solicitor and part of apostiles etc. I have learnt along the way what this server is capable of and have enjoyed my time on this server. I would like to come back if this is a possibility and in all honesty I do not remember the exact instance. I hope you understand the circumstance i am stuck in that this was a year ago and my life has been crazy in and out of RP. So again apologies for any rule breaks i made early on in my RP experience and pledge to be a better character and person within the server.

 
You are going to have to think harder and remember. You couldn't have been that new to the server as it was a decent amount you transferred. 

 
Sorry guys I had some stuff going on. I had a think and a chat with my mate and I believe you’re referring to £400k being transferred between my characters. I asked him to middleman this but as I said I was new to RP and the server as a whole. We had this great idea that we would make brothers to create a big law firm within the city. Desperate for it to happen I guess we rushed the process, and used the money I had grinded through most likely trucking. After this instance we went on to be a big law firm having all the big lawyers and solicitors in our firm. we created a positive community as we helped eachother, helped police and criminals to create realistic RP situations. I know it’s a significant amount of cash to say I was new but that was just accumulated through grinding trucking and fishing (if I remember that right). Since then I have improved my RP and done my best to make it fun for everyone. If allowed back I will continue to try and create these RP situations however did just create a new character to focus on creating an underground racing association. As I say this was a while ago and had to have a long conversation with my friend to dig this up as I genuinely could not remember. I hope you see that I am a positive character in the city who tries to be innovative and create events and positive inclusive groups around the city. I know you had just wiped his character, and if I do get back in, I am fine to accept that as I was planning to create a new character to help with my ambitions.

Please explain what negative impacts your actions can bring to the server?
Also what can you bring to the community if you are to be given another chance? 

 
Transferring money between characters negatively impacts the economy and ruins character progression within the server. My secondary character should have to obtain the money himself and moving it over negatively disadvantaged people that follow the rules and do it the hard way. Saying that I have ensured that in the past year I have been sticking to the rules and to answer your second question I believe I can come back in and create unique rp situations for anybody I encounter just as I did before I left. I have been involved in many high profile groups and scenarios in the city and will continue to participate in these moving forwards.

 
@MamboSliceTo unban you we will be wiping your characters money and inventories, is this understood?

 
All character deleted for a fresh start.

Get banned for something similar again will result in yourself having a tougher time getting back and yet again another wipe.
