In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Because I transferred money between accounts, only because the account I made yesterday was bugged and would not let me be female, despite me selecting it.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand I should not have transferred money between characters, that's on me, I am sorry. However, the only reason I did this is because when I joined this server yesterday, I selected female but when it went to the customisation screen, I was a male character. I logged a ticket with this in discord too, if you need proof (fivem-20021). While I awaited a response, I continued to play, I thought they might just be able to swap my gender, I don't know. Even when I was playing, I got accused of being a child, I was then basically transferred to this Embassy building with a member of the server, I assume, who then questioned my age and my gender, whether I was over 16 and male or female. Today, when I opened the game, I created a new character and it let be female this time. I only transferred the money across because the account yesterday was bugged and I was not able to be the gender I wanted, but was now able to. Perhaps I should have asked someone first if I was able to do this, given the unique - I imagine - situation, but I do not think I should be permanently banned and penalised when my initial character choice was potentially bugged. If the money is an issue, I can return it to my original character.

You don't think you should be penalized for transferring money between characters?
So instead of following the advise given to you, you decided to take the matters into your own hands, transfer the money between characters, which you now know is a rule break... Is that the story you want to go with? 
You were advised to try and create a new character in a new slot, then delete the male one, at no point were you advised to transfer money/assets between those characters. 

Did you previously read our rules? 
If so can you quote the rule you broke and explain it in your own words.

Let me change my words then, I apologise. I don't think I should be permanently banned, but penalized, yes that is fair, I did break the rule. Take all my money back, I do not mind. 

I am aware I was not advised to transfer the money, I am not claiming that is what they told me to do. I only transferred the money because I would now be using the character I initially tried to have and would not be using the old one, so it was money I could have been earning had I been able to have the right character to begin with. I would not just transfer money between characters for the fun of it, that was never a plan of mine, especially had I known I would get permanently banned.

Look, I don't intend to come onto this server to break rules, I was enjoying playing this and actually making some progress. I'm not trying to take matters into my own hands, there are rules, I get that. I honestly did not think what I did would have the consequences it had, not because I could just slip under the radar or something, but because I thought given the situation, there might have been some understanding, that is all. Has they have said, oh by the way do not take anything from your first character to your second, even though it bugged, I would have been like, damn that's annoying, but okay fair enough. Not that they need to spell the rules out to me as it is my responsibility to learn them, but I'm saying that to show had I known it was so wrong to do, I would not have done it. I was not trying to get ahead or abuse the rules. I'd love if you could have some forgiveness with this, but from your response, it does not sound too likely. I really enjoyed this server after trialling a few, but if I'm not able to be unbanned, that is out of my control, but I really do hope you could try to understand why my actions were what they were, and believe me when I say, I am sorry, and that I will not be a rulebreaker if I'm lucky enough to be unbanned. 

I have already mentioned the rule I broke, but I shall do so again in a bit more detail, if that is what you require. I transferred money between different accounts of mine, I do not know word for word the rule, but it is yes, that transferring money or items between accounts is not allowed, by any means. Therefore, I broke this rule as I transferred the starter money and the money I began earning on my original male account, to my new female account, hence the ban as it broke rule G2.9. I also had not yet deleted the male character like I was advised, this was only because it was said on the ticket I created that there was a 24hr cooldown period, the time I played it this morning, I'm not even sure it had been 12 hours since its creation. 

All the things I say here are not me trying to excuse my actions, I just wanted you to have all the knowledge I have on the situation so that you can understand my thought process, or lack of, and why what happened, happened. I think that is the best way for you to get enough of an understanding to make your judgement on this case. I sincerely hope you can be kind enough to help me on this, I respect your decision either way.

Your replies and the detail in them is appreciated. 

Sadly all transfers of items / money come with a permanent ban, that's just how we have them set. 
They also come with a full character wipe and deletion of other characters. 

How much did you transfer over through your characters? 
And what did you transfer, was it just money? 
Honesty is key!

Hello! I'm good, just eagerly awaiting your responses haha! I hope you're well too. Thank you, I like to overload on information a little bit, but at least then you have all the possible information you need to come to a decision and eliminate having so much of a back and forth so as not to waste too much of your time.

That is understandable, does that mean I have no chance of being unbanned? The character wipe and deletion of other characters would not bother me, having to start again from scratch would be way better than not being able to get on the server again, 100%. I say that truthfully too, because I have tried a few other servers since (and before I found this one) and I'll be honest, I'm really praying for an unban because this has been the best server so far. I really wasn't trying to get ahead or be sneaky and cheat, nor do I think I'm above the rules, in all honesty it was just negligence and irresponsibility on my part, I will admit that and I apologise for that. I have reread over the rules though, so if I'm lucky enough to be unbanned, this will not happen again and I will take more care to follow and respect the rules and do my part in creating a good server to play on.

Of course, I have broken the rule already so I have no reason to hide the amount I sent. I transferred 105,001£. I did not transfer anything else over, it was just the money. The only items I think I even had on that first character were some bananas and energy drinks! 

I really hope that answers your questions enough and I sincerely hope you will consider an unban. I really, really like this server, I will genuinely be sad if I'm not able to play it again. Even still, I know it was my fault and that I am the one to blame for this.

No, no, you have a chance of being unbanned, a high one! I am sorry if I made you confused! x) 

What we will do then, since you're eager to be back, and I understand your situation, and once again thank you for the amount of effort you put in your replies, please name the character you WANT TO KEEP. 
That character will be fully wiped, money, cars, items. I'm assuming you want to keep Giz Serano (97144) , and delete Giz Serrato (97115).

I do believe you did mean no malice, I believe it was more of an error, or eagerness, we're human, as long as we learn from it, that's the most important bit! ^^

It's no problem, like I said, I really like this server so of course I'm going to make an effort in my replies. Yes, Giz Serano is the female character, I'm pretty sure, which is definitely the character I would choose to keep.

As long as we've learned our lesson and hopefully won't do it again, I am more than happy.
