Why do you think you were banned: Exploiting (3rd Person Shooting)
Why should we unban you: So unfortunately what i have received this evening is a ban for 3rd person shooting,

Now after a long 1 hour discussion with staff leads and Staff in TS, I have now seen that the reason i was banned is cause on a few occasions unfortunately when pulling my gun out to: Aim at something or Even just to shoot a local here and there, i am forced into 3rd persoon shooting and due to these occasions i have found myself uunluckily in this ban section not knowing what to do.

Now yes i know i may have gone into 3rd person and shot, but you can see that i go back into first person after realising and then shoot as i know 3rd person shooting is against the rules and not accepted in this community, i never wish to do this and i never wish for others to do this to me and thats why im genuinely more upset about this ban because its easily avoided

Also in the TS we had gone over how this all could have been avoided just by me simply opening a ticket and just explaning on these occasions that i had unfortunately done this which i know and i was stupid not to, But In this ts call i explained how previosuly when doing things on accident which was against the rules i always open a ticket to explain and make staff aware. EG: when i accidentally was passed something as little as an "Evidence Image" on one character which originally was given by my main character i instantly gave it back and opened a ticket to say to you all that i accidentally done this and wanna make you all aware ahead of time. Not going off track too much just wanna say that i brought this up due to the fact i wanna make it aware that if i knew and thought at the time that this was something i should of opened a ticket for.. i would of 100% because i dont wanna be banned from RPUK at all.

Now if i am unbanned from this appeal i can do nothing but swear i wont ever not open a ticket if this happens, because as you guys will know sometimes game puts you into 3rd person accidentally without you realising but me being me like i did with things like the evidence image scenario i will make sure to open a ticket now that i am aware i 100%. Like Hank has told me in TS i unfortunately found out the roughest way possible to always let staff know and i accept that and now im here writing this appeal from my heart and with full regret and i hope you guys will give me the chance to show you and keep my word as i play this server alottt like nothing really else and if not i understand

Before i end this appeal also i wanna say thanks again to the staff that spoke to me in TS and took the time to hear me out and gave me a better understanding of the situations and all i can do is promise it wont happen again!

Also, you say you have been forced into 3rd person and we are aware that this does happen, but the question is really - why shoot? Why not take the so called "L" and hold fire?

My point is, you knew it wasn´t allowed, you knew what the consequences would be - yet you decided to press the button anyway. Why?

Thanks for the reply and thanks for taking the time out your day to deal with my unban appeal.

So i went into 3rd person a couple times (which stuart informed me of) and no matter wether it was to shoot locals i still did this. Now it was a total disregard of the consequences of the rulebreaking i did which i only done due to it being on locals which was a complete lack of judgement on my behalf when doing this. As for going through each and every occasion that this happened due to me not reporting it there and then i cant remember when i did this exactly, Only thing i remember was i did do it the morning i was banned and for this occasion i believe it was just early in the morning and i didnt quite realise but i do remember discussing with stuart in TS.

But now knowing the severity of the consequences and the punishments i have received, moving forward i will absolutely make sure thatt i report any future instantces where this happens to all staff via tickets on the rpuk discord to prevent future punishment.

I am willing to give you another chance today, however, I seriously hope you have learned a lesson here. Any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent and should you be seen exploiting again in any way, shape or form, chances of you coming back at all will be very slim.
