In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i have just found the reason why because of transferring items to myself which I'm sorry for but there was a way i was going to rp but obviously i didn't look over the rules well enough

Why should we unban you ?:  if you could please give me a chance i will permanently delete the luke sargent character and just stick to the dave johnson i did create a new character as i was told to do so when applying for my gun permit and the luke sargent was going to be a family member of dave johnson. i didn't realise i was doing anything wrong i have read over the rules and now i totally understand why you have done it but in a role play scenario luke sargent was going to be the non criminal family member of dave johnson and was going to get the leather from him being a hunter now i totally understand and if you give me another chance i will delete that character and it will not happen again

You have broken perhaps the easiest rule that we have to follow - don't go out of your way to give items between your characters. It's simple, it's common sense and yet you did it anyway to get an advantage.

You created an appeal in which you attempted to lie to staff in, only then realising this wasn't a great idea, changing your story entirely.



Given all of this, why should we give you another chance?

i believe you should give me another chance because i do respect the server i was in the wrong and this was the first time i have been banned from the server i can promise you it will not happen again i have put alot of time in this server and i have all the respect in the world for it i have met some amazing people who i would not like to lose. the server has helped me in so many ways getting out of stress of real world and i dont want that to go away i hope you can forgive my stupid actions and i can assure you this will not happen again thank you for over looking this and replying

You haven't said anything about your first appeal or lying so I'll make the question more straightforward - why did you lie in your first appeal?

because i wasnt 100% sure what the reason was until i looked into the rules if you look at my first appeal when i realised i added a reply when i knew what i done wrong i shouldn't of rushed into the appeal without looking what i did. I'm still all new to this i do apologies for my wrong doing and it will not happen again. all i ask is another chance just one more.

i will admit when i first created a character i skim read the rules and learned alot through my journey but upon my ban i have read through them all a lot more thoroughly hoping i could get another chance

i wasn't intentionally trying to lie honestly though you can trust me i wouldn't be trying this hard to get back on the server if i was going to do something stupid again if you want to keep checking on me thats fine one small move you can perm ban me again and i wont even put an appeal in i understand your doing your job but honestly i come on the server everyday your server is by far the best one out there and i wont disrespect it again i made a stupid mistake and i have learned from that mistake

But at the time, you chose to tell us something completley irrelevent to your ban - skinning an animal over the transferring of items. Even if you weren't trying to lie, you were certainly trying to obscure the truth.

I'd rather you tell the whole truth, and all of the items you were transferring, please.

The items wasn’t going through my character that’s where I though it would be ok but I created the new character to get leather for an organisation that’s original character is in it was more to keep it fun while still making money and I was mistaken for what I could and couldn’t do I never gave my other character Anything I san it through the organisation which I Role played through the new character. I will be honest in the time I did use the new character I gained 80 leather and about 30k in money That’s all I made I was trying something new I did enjoy something different but it’s not worth the ban so I would love to just stick to my original

I dont think you fully understand what you did and why it is wrong. For this I think you need to sit down and think about it for a bit.
