Why should we unban you ?: because ive been in the city for a month and put so many of my hours into this server just to get banned without reason no one spoke to me just got kicked and told i was perm banned

i have just found the reason why in the rule but i wasn't transferring items to my self i was doing business with john black which i re met in the city if you could please give me a chance i will permanently delete the luke sargent character and just stick to the dave johnson i did create a new character as i was told to do so when applying for my gun permit and the luke sargent was going to be a family member of dave johnson. i didn't realise i was doing anything wrong sorry
