Why do you think you were banned: This was a long time ago but from what I remember I was in a gang then some internal issues occurred causing people to turn against each other a mate and I kidnapped one of their members then killed and dumped the body the gang they were a part of happened to come to the location where we dumped them. I instantly jumped to the conclusion that it was metagaming they all pulled up on me and my friend told us to get out of the car but we didn't listen to their commands they killed us and we all started arguing with each other this led to me getting angry and going OOC saying things I shouldn't have been saying in the city regarding the G4.3 part I'm not too sure. I can't really remember anything beyond what I've already said so I can't explain that part.
Why should we unban you: I'm writing this appeal for the ban I got almost 2 years ago I have been wanting to come back to the server as from what I remembered it was a fun and a high quality roleplaying city I was pretty new the the RP side of Fivem when I first joined the server and I probably wasn't taking as serious as I now know I should have since getting that ban I have RP'd in a lot of other city's and now know I shouldn't have reacted and behaved in the way I did back than I would like to get a second chance to be apart of the community as I truly regret what I did to receive the ban I will not do it again. Thanks for taking the time to look at my appeal

As for the changing accounts I just couldn't remember my password and user for the account I used before also I had bought a new pc so all my saved browser passwords got deleted and when i went on my phone looked on my saved passwords this was the only account i had on my phone to do with roleplay.co.uk and I'm not going to lie and say I didn't use ai to write my previous appeal because I 100% I know I shouldn't have done that and I honestly have no excuse for that I was being lazy I wrote my new appeal my self as i truly regret what i did to get myself banned back then I would just like a second chance to be a part of the community

Good Afternoon @Jessie Bennett

When I first appealed I don't think I was ready to be apart of the community and I tried to cheat my way through the appeal by using ai to write it for me and then one of the people replying to my appeal called me out for it and instead of confessing I continued to lie. I have since come to realise I shouldn't have done it and all I did was dig my self into a deeper hole and have disrespected the staff by lying and wasting your time I know you have better things to be doing rather then looking at ban appeals. I have learnt from my past mistakes it will not happen again

I wrote this new appeal my self I have changed as a person and realise lying will not get me anywhere. I'm not the best at writing stuff down so I'm sorry if it doesn't read the best but I tried my best

I was unaware of this report and I have just watched the clips and to be honest its disgusting what I said to and about the people around me in that situation I was clearly very angry at the time I was wondering if there is a clip of the whole interaction ? I cant remember that situation that well but I'm sure I wouldn't have just been saying all of that without them provoking me there isn't an excuse for anything I said as even if they did say stuff to me I shouldn't have responded In such a spiteful and childish way all I'm saying is in the clips they are all surrounding me and the clips are very cut up.

Back then I didn't have much experience on the roleplay side of FiveM this was one of the first roleplay servers I had joined I don't think I had spent to long in the city and I didn't fully understand the rules and why they are in place and I took the insults people was throwing at me personally I have since learnt it isn't acceptable and that the rules are in place to ensure everyone has a fun time roleplaying in the city I have spent the time I have been banned from RPUK in other cities such as ( United Gaming / United Gaming Reborn, Inside RP & NXT Roleplay ) I have done a lot of roleplay and I now fully understand why all the rules are in place and I completely understand why I am banned.

Good Afternoon @Jessie Bennett

Sorry I didn't respond yesterday I was busy with IRL stuff

I think everyone has done something in the past they truly regret this is one of them for me. The whole situation got of hand and I should have handled it differently since the ban I have had a couple jobs and other things happened to me IRL and have matured as a person and have learnt to control my emotions. I have played a couple other servers since the ban and have learnt the rules and understand they are in place so everyone can have a fair and fun time roleplaying and looking back on my past mistakes I understand why you would be hesitant in believing me but I have truly changed.

As I said in one of my previous responses when I first joined RPUK I was very new to roleplay and I didn't read the rules fully and just didn't put effort in to roleplaying. If I was to be given a second chance I would fly into the city and a new character I would like to start finding my way around the city meeting new people and I would eventually like to be a mechanic in a shop or work in some form of business and interact and roleplay with people on the legit side of the city for a while and maybe dabble in the no so legit side of the city in the future but I plan to be more focused on the civilian lifestyle and go from there.

I am glad to read some of these ideas, it seems like you have done a lot of thinking during your time away. Can you quote the rules you you broke (including the linked report above) and explain in your own words why you believe they are in place?

I'm sorry for the late responses I have a lot going on IRL right now and don't really have the time to jump on my pc to respond as often as I would have liked too thanks for being patient and taking the time out of your day to respond.

G1.6 Being In Character

G2.3 Roleplay Everything

G2.4 Value of Life

G4.3 When you respawn and NLR applies

G4.4 When you are downed

These are the rules that are in my ban message plus some extra I think I also breached from looking at the clips in the report.

I didn't know if you wanted me to individually tell you why the rules I broke are in place but I think they are all just important as each other and without the rules the city it would be chaos the rules are to set a standard within the city and make the city a better place for everyone inside it breaking the rules effects everyone involved ruins fun and the roleplay the rules in place to get rid of the bad apples and in return the city is a better place and people can continue to roleplay at a high standard and the rules help to maintain it the rules along side the staff and other things are the only things keeping the server running and people should understand and respect them.


Sorry if that's not what you wanted but I was in a bit of a rush as I have to do stuff IRL I'm more then willing to rewrite it if need be.

Do give the rules a good and proper read through however, for if you end up permanently banned again, you'll find it a lot more difficult to return.
