Unban Appeal for LuciferShades

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I would like to appeal my ban that was given for reasons of: Non value of life, Metagaming, combat log.

Metagaming: the information in was discussing was not to be used IC. I was discussing the situation with my friends in Discord. The only reason I had a hot mic IC is the button on my mouse for push to talk was stuck down ( which I was not aware of at the time). I have since changed the button on my mouse to avoid this issue in future. if anything I would say this is more of a rule G3.3 Hot mic.
Non value of life: Since I was already Running at the player before he drew his weapon and aimed at me I think it is unfair to call this non value for life. As can be seen in the clip, He initiated by damaging my vehicle. we both then exited our vehicles, I drew my weapon first and proceeded to run towards the player. Since I had already made the choice to attack the player I don't think it is fair to then stop and put my hands up simply because he also pulled a weapon. as can be seen from the clip RP wise I had already started to go to the player to attack, I did not comply with his demands to which he could of shot me. I feel the like in this instance Non value for life is being used as an excuse for an RP situation that did not go the players way. He could of shot me straight away for having a bat drawn and charging him but instead he tried to make a demand. I should not be held accountable for the players choice to do this and the outcome of the situation.
Combat log: At 2:06 in the clip you can see that the two players are clearly no longer interacting or attempting to RP with me. at 2:28 they even say '' we are leaving this guy, take me to hospital real quick'' which i would say is the end of their roleplay with me. we have no further IC interaction. I did not disconnect until the players had left the scene and the rp had finished
Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because it feels that what I was banned for is a little unfair. I understand that rules are rules, even though with this report I do not feel like I have broken any Major Rules. If unbanned I will take this report as a learning point and make sure that I learn from any mistakes I have made and not repeat them again. I really enjoy playing RP and especially enjoy it on this server. to finish I apologize for any rule breaks I have committed and will make sure in future I follow the rules to the letter. I will also use this situation to improve my RP bringing a better time for everyone I interact with.
