In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was RPing with 2 police officers in Agios PD.
The RP situation that lasted around 5 minutes involved using my Taser to taze another office to enhance the role-play.
The situation summed up involved an officer behind the glass in agios police station, almost like a zoo like setting. After roleplaying this, the "animal like officer escaped", leaving me to taze him like an escaped zoo animal. (The most stupid roleplay scenario I have ever done)
This was seen as 1.2 RDM as the role-play in this situation was not up to standard.
After discussing this with the Admin who banned me, I realised that from a police and server perspective, it was inappropriate to use such weapon.
The reason my ban was a perm was due to my history of bans:
Ban 1 (24h) - VDM and no mic - This was when I first joined the server aproximately a year ago. This was down to me being new to the game and not yet fully reading the rules
Ban 2 (Perm) - Hacking - Incorrectly banned, unbanned after 3 weeks of appeal.
Ban 3 (48 hours) - RDM - I was involved in a gunfight where initial initiation was not up to standard. Although I did not initiate and was not in the gang who initiated, I killed 2 members of the opposition. Because this initiation was not up to standard, the kills I got were classed as RDM and banned appropriately.
Ban 4 (Auto-Perm) - Language in a PM - While PMing a friend in-game I used language which was unacceptable
Ban 5 (7 days) - RDM - I had a 1v1 "training" tazer match with a friend. Poor quality role-play in-game resulted in a ban for RDM.
Why should we unban you ?
I think everyone knows the aim of the server is enjoyment. Unfortunately, I recently forgot that rules always come first.
I would like to argue my case that I am not a trigger happy RDMer who goes round fragging every person I see. All my bans have been related to roleplay, or in these instances, my poor side of roleplay.
Therefore, my roleplay needs to improve.
The vast majority of time I conduct myself with a high level of respect and understanding of the rules. Unfortunately, occasionally I let myself slip in standards resulting in these past bans.
I would have no choice now other than to act almost perfectly from now onwards, If I am given another chance that is.
I really struggle to understand how I have let myself write another one of these for a stupid mistake I have made in-game. I hope that you can see that from me.
