In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Firslty, I really do not enjoy being in this part of the forums.
This ban was in relation to a incident that occurred with a member of my gang who had initiated incorrectly.
I was banned for being active within a gunfight in which I killed a member of the opposition. I did not initiate or have a clear view of the initiation from my position and therefore I did believe the initiation was correct, hence my actions that followed.
After discussion, the initiating party (a member of my gang) did not correctly initiate meaning that the following kills were classed as RDM.
Why should we unban you ?
I would like to say that we take responsibility for our gang members and the gang member who initiated incorrectly is no longer associated with us due to similar events.
Now, I understand this was poor from my perspective however after the incident, no form of contact was made by the reporting party to resolve the situation. I didn't know a report was going to be made until I saw the report on the forums. If the reporting party had allowed communication after the incident, this confusion that followed would not have happened and I would have happily been able to compensate anyone who had been incorrectly killed.
I do apologise for the incident however I do believe that I was not able to correct or even be made aware of our actions and therefore have been banned unnecessary.
I would request that the ban would be reconsidered,
