After spending the first night in over a month out of the city, I have been thinking about how important certain rules are within the server and the need to carry out certain punishments.

I have fully acknowledged my mistake in my previous appeal, and am now fully aware of the consequences of transferring items between characters, potentially harming the economy and creating unfair advantages within the city. I now understand that I made a careless mistake and should have contacted staff or someone with a bit more experience on whether it was within the rules before going ahead.

My partner and I have become very attached to this server and some of the people in it. As I mentioned in my previous appeal, my character Nikki Whip is my girlfriends character that was created on my PC while we waited for hers to arrive. The PC arrived today so if I am given a 2nd chance I have no problem deleting that character as she will no longer be using my PC so no chance of this happening again.

After she had earned money on her character, I thought it would be okay to give it to her on her new character in a roleplay scenario.

I am and was fully aware of the G2.9 rule, however I thought due to the fact I wouldn't be keeping the cash for myself and I was planning to give it to her in a roleplay scenario, this would be fine. I now understand that although I was planning to give her the cash back in a roleplay scenario, me obtaining the cash in that way wouldn't be proper RP and so can only apologise for breaking the rules in this instance.

I was very wrong and can assure you I won't be doing anything like this again, as I'd like to think I respect the rules of RP.

I have not taken this ban lightly and going forward I will be doing my due diligence before making any irrational decisions if I'm not 100% it's within all rules.

"I won't be appealing again anyway, my first time in over a year in the city with any sort of issue and this is what I get " - quote from yourself in discord. Simply put, you broke a rule and have received a punishment for it, just like everybody else that has also broken this rule. For someone who has been here for "a year" I'd expect you to know this rule and the punishment that comes with it.

You were banned then not 45 minutes later you applied and was declined as it had been less than an hour since your ban. Do you think less than an hour is enough time?

In your last appeal that was declined, you were told in a very polite and respectful way that you were going to be declined and why.

My advice? Take some time away, read over the rules and treat people with respect, especially if they have shown you respect.
