Unban Appeal for Lorents

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Metagaming - using out of character information to gain in character information - Stream sniping my friend that jumped off hospital bridge by accident in order to get him fixed up
Racism - I said to said friend, "what's up my n" or something along those lines, just general greeting - in a friendly manner not intended to be malicious.
Why should we unban you ?: Firstly, I dug myself into a hole by lying to the administrator that was assessing the situation, it wasn't just me, there was a handful of us, but not to lie I played a majority factor in the Pillbox hospital trolling scenario, lots of people were being discharged and generally provoking - HGV drivers ramming Taco trucks etc and it all got out of hand. At some point during this is when I said the n word to my friend as to greet him, now don't get me wrong. I'm very aware of the rule that states no racism, but as thick as it might sound, I'm unaware that it's racist to refer to a friend as that. I've took that rule purely based on the intent of being malicious, the same way if you see a female and one would be to refer to her as a hoe, I'm not questioning whether that would be classified as sexism, or if there is a character getting around and you say "out my way, old man." is that ageism? In my opinion I think that should be revised as it's considered unclear, or I'm just stupid. But I can understand why it wont be allowed so I will refrain from that language if granted the possibility of regaining access.
As for G3.1 - Plain as day, I stream sniped my friend on Discord. I've not played in a couple years, maybe more - I'm not sure when I joined the server however I don't have the most roleplay experience via VoIP, but I've role played a fair bit on text based, LS-RP, MTA uG all the way to Owl. Enough to know the rules. I've been a bit rusty and was just following my mate around so he can show me the ropes of VoIP RP as there is a vast difference with how VoIP and Text Based operate. I'm unfamiliar with all the binds, where to find stuff, how to start jobs etc. None of this is even provided in the tutorial. The tutorial teaches you how to fix a car and has you drive to what I assume is City Hall.
All I wanted to do was engage with the community but I overwhelmed and messed around, no way to sugar coat it. I apologise for the fact that I interrupted those playing, it all just played hand in hand with everyone else and my childishness got the best of me. I hope I can prove you wrong, and the fact I can indeed role play if you can unban me.
