I think that i should be unbanned because when this supposedly happened i was lagging that badly that i was unable to hear the player and was having problems with my internet connection. I then went on and resolved the issue with sed player and he said he had removed the post, I then checked later on and found that it wasnt there. A few days later we stole this players chopper, not knowing it was the same player, we did steal this out of roleplay, and then when i try to connect i find that i have been banned and that the topic has been reposted, this may be due to the players rage that we stole his chopper. But this is not for sure as the player may have forgotten to actually remove the report or there may have been a system error.

Confirming what CheifOfGaming said, he was lagging badly in-terms of ping/internet connection. During the time of this incident, I was talking to him via Skype. During this conversation it was clear that he was having internet issues, he was getting around about 300 ping and his VOIP communication was very unclear/laggy. Also to add to this he was receiving in-game lag which, in-terms of FPS issues, which during the incident wasn't helpful at all. The reason why Cheif suddenly left during the incident was due to a graphics card failure, I have had these frequently and they occur on AMD cards specifically the R9 series (this has been resolved in my system by updating the drivers) however Cheif has not yet had the chance to update his drivers. The failure mainly occurs when the system has been on for a sustained period of time, in which me a Cheif where playing on the server for (I think around about 5 hours). This issue made it impossible to communicate or even view the game, this is the reason why Cheif could not hand over the keys for the Transport vehicle), however both Cheif and I , lock are Direct Channels when speaking to someone, this makes it easier to communicate with other players (this is why Cheif could communicate via Direct VOIP).  This incident can be seen as inevitable, even though Cheif should have updated his graphics card driver before playing on the server however he was not expecting this failure to occur.

Both Cheif and I were aware that roleplay was broken in this incident but this was the only way in which he could communicate with the other players. However Cheif resolved this issue on the forums with the players whom were affected, this request was completed and the ban request was denied by an Admin.  This happened around about 1 week ago but don't quote me on that, I don't know the exact date off the top of my head.

Even tough this issue had already been resolved by both a Admin and the players in which were affected, the issue was bought up again for a unknown reason. One would presume that this is either a system error which would be highly unlike as for IP.Board (your forum software) doesn't make errors .  However after a recent encounter ,with the player who requested the ban (the one that got rejected), the thread was re-posted. The encounter involved myself stealing is helicopter and taking it to the chop shop.  After hurdles of abuse was sent to both me and Logan/CheifOfGaming through Side Chat, the ban request was re-posted. It can be argued that the reason for this was due to the actions in which we carried out (taking the helicopter to the chop shop) can be a cause for him/her re-posting this thread. However this is just my theory/opinion which cannot be proven.

Also I don't think it is right to bring up a issue in which has already been resolved, I believe that this is a waste of an Admin's time as well as my own. Adding to this, they took the transport vehicle to the chop shop shortly after lockpicking it therefore it seems like they managed to steal the vehicle. Also Logan had nothing on him therefore there was nothing to gain. However having said that I do think that Logan should have roleplayed this but due to his issues with both internet lag and FPS lag it was impossible to do so.

Firstly, I posted on the report in question, Logan then said he crashed, and did not abort, so I took his word for it, so I posted on the same topic : Pardoned because he apparently stated he crashed.

But the next day, I was helping players by being a RAC. They called for help, I went to help, while repairing, they lock picked my helicopter, I was annoyed, because I came to help, but I most certainly was not butt hurt, pissed? Yes, but at the time. Since it is only 450k xD. I only edited the post because I realised if he lied now, on an in game RP, that there is no need to lie on, why would he not lie out of him aborting? So I edited it and allowed for the report to continue.

It was the first and only post. It was not resolved but rather 'on hold'.

He was able to gather transport etc but he can't give keys or speak ? Sounds rather weird. But even so, I'm fairly convinced he was lying then, and he is still lying now.

I did not 'rage' and 'repost' the report, but rather I considered what was said, and reopened the post.

And GrimPradator, you were not there at the time of the incident, neither does the incident with the helicopter have to do with him aborting while zip tied. I did not reopen the report because of it, but rather I trusted him that he ''crashed'', but soon after realised he was lying, so that is the only reason I re-opened it.

Also I doubt saying his PC specs would help.

The point here is that the post was already resolved, you cannot just reopen a request that has already been filled.  You also said I was not at the location of the incident during the time, well unfortunately you were recording the incident so that gives me a direct view on what happened. Adding to this I was on a Skype call with Logan at the time. Throughout your post you are constantly contradicting but that’s not the point. This issue has already been resolved and I don’t see why you should be able to bring it back up again. It seems to me that you are just mad at me for stealing your chopper

There was no bug with the forums. The reporter decided within a day that the report was valid and he wanted to continue which was then confirmed by an admin as a rule break. If there is another thread relating to this report can you please link it @TheGrimPredator

Okay thank you for the information. I must have been confused with the previous situation. My apologies. I know no thread as such as for I was going on what Logan told me but this information is now clearly unreliable.

Look, I am not mad about the helicopter, its only 450 k, that is nothing, I'm pissed off about the fact people would lie to me in that way. 

I then realised if you were to lie to me with a silly in game moment, don't you think it will be possible to lie your way out of a ban?

And could you please not reference this incident with the helicopter one, it has nothing to do with it other than the fact of me realising that I was a fool to believe Logan.

The forum post was not 'Resolved' but rather like I said earlier 'On hold'. Until that point in time I trusted Logan's word for it, and I stupid for doing so. Nothing has changed other than me continuing with the report.

Also me showing the recording does not mean you were there.

And look, your saying 'on his behalf' that he ''Crashed'' although I know for sure he did not as he lied in my face when I was there to help him. A 'Kick' message would appear once he ''Crashes'' as I have tested it with my friends. Internet or PC failure I.E force restart on the PC while still connected.

And I will repeat, I did not reopen the post because I was mad, I reopened the post because the light was shown that in fact he was lying. The post was not resolved neither closed.

It apparently is not the reason why he went ahead with the thread.  I agree with you but we can't just presume this. However I really don't see how anything is going to be gained either way.   I think the Admins have enough information about this, let them decide what happens next.

I cannot seem to get it to you two that it had nothing to do with the helicopter, it is only 450k, that is worthless, I was annoyed because of how you abused the RAC system. That is all. I repeat, I reopened the post because I began testing your 'crash', and found out it did in fact always said : Kicked ( in red writing ) every time. Also you lied when I was there to repair your vehicle, so that was another confirmation. 

If I had not spoken to you via side chat about your report, none of this would have happend, the report would have gone through and there would be no apparent discussion about whether or not I made a new post, or went over my word.

Please read over this post then you may think twice with what you reply with as it seems to be getting rather repetitive.
