In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Transferring money between accounts

Why should we unban you ?: I sincerely apologise and regret my actions, since I found out that it is not allowed because other players told me that it is a rule, I have not done it, but as you can see, my friend has not stopped. I promised myself that I would follow the rules because I only play on this server and I have made friends and come a long way on the server since this incident happened. I would also like to apologise to you, (the mods), for causing you trouble and only if I had read the rules correctly in the beginning when I joined the city would it have been okay, but I did not. I can not ask for much more since I can not change what I did, but all I ask is that you read and consider my request to lift the ban. Thank you for your time

i had to fix it as i misread the ban id and steam id .

 
Once this appeal is unlocked again, please answer me the following questions.

Why did you transfer the money in the first place? 
Did it not seem a little... unintended... to you to make money this way?
Why do you think are we as strict as we are with this particular rule break? 

 
1.We transferred the money because we thought it would be a quick way to get extra cash. 

2. At the time it didnt as we wernt thinking properly , we just thought oh this is a quick way but after i did it i realised that this is cheating as it is giving me a head start over other people in the server which is an unfair advantage.

3. I think yous arr strict with this rule because if everyone can do this it will be unfair and since it was a rule not to do it and we did ,  we had a head start over other people. I think its important to stand by this rule because when i gave my money all back to my friend after realizing how hard and how much effort other people are putting in to earn money the proper way ,that i should to and i have ever since this incident. Since it happend all of my money has been made properly following the server rules.

 
Upon trying to get extra cash as you mentioned, What was the goal in getting the money this way? 

Why didn't you take time to read the rules prior to this and only now read them as you mention after a permanent ban? 

 
To be honest the only reason we did this was to get money quicker so we can have a headstart and do things quicker. I did read the rules after i got pulled the first time and thats why i got rid of the money and thats why i havnt done this in about 5 months.But after reading the rules ive realised its a rule not to. 

 
So how can we be sure you won't simply do the same again moving forward should we give you another opportunity? 

 
yes i think i should have another opportunity as since this incident happend which was 5 months ago i have played in the server whilst following all rules and earning money the proper way. Also i have came to far in the city to lose everything so i also promise it will never happen again. 

 
With bans of this nature a few things do happen. So you currently have 4 characters, This means three of the four will be deleted. You put your Logan character in the main appeal. Is this the one you wish to keep?

In addition to this, The character that would be kept will also receive a full character wipe. This includes all money, Inventory, Vehicles ect will be removed. Do you agree to this? 

Have you read the rules fully, Both GTA and Community? 

 
No problem, I've gone ahead and requested the deletion of your other three characters and a full character wipe on Logan. Please keep in mind this may take sometime to be completed however we will update you once this has been done.

Since the wipe has now been completed and other characters deleted we will move forward with the unban. With this opportunity being given we do hope that you will follow the rules and show that you are here for the roleplay overall. I would suggest you take time to read over both the GTA and Community rules before rejoining if you haven't done so already. 

I do hope not to see you return to the appeals section moving forward and stick to your word that "it will never happen again". Don't let us down.
