I agree I should not have appealed after being declined so soon I should have taken more time to respond, this appeal is for Jessie's question from the appeal in link 1.
I'm continuing from my last appeal, which was denied due to lack of effort in my most recent reply. The reason for the lack of 'effort' was because I wasn't certain of the accuracy of what I remembered so I decided to leave them parts out, but I will provide more detail now, so my apologies for that.
We (OCG) began by all meeting up at our turf. Once everyone had arrived, we planned how to go about finding Cutlass. We then saw one of them on tweedle showing a picture of a member of their gang at AE, so we decided to head over to AE, however we couldn't find them there. We then continued searching around the city until we found someone at Ballas turf, blacked out and doing bins. We asked this person who they were, but they didn't respond. When we asked again he went on the radio and said "Ballas turf" then tried to pull out a gun, so we shot him. Soon after two more members came down and attempted to kill us, but they ended up dying. We then took them back to our turf to interrogate them.
