Why do you think you were banned: I Was banned for using homophobic language.
Why should we unban you: I would like to start this appeal by thanking the staff member who is reading this, I have taken some extra time that phoniex suggested to reflex on what I said and know fully this type of language is not tolerated.

What I said that evening is not like me, and it’s inexcusable. Honestly, I don’t even know what came over me to say what I did, As soon as I realised what I had said I was embarrassed and tried to play it off like it never happened which I sincerely regret not contacting Johnny sooner to apologise.

This community is meant to be a 'safe space' for everyone and the fact that I have made people feel uncomfortable hurts me deeply, if there is anyone that feels directly hurt from my comments I plead for you to contact me directly so I can apologise to you one to one, I don't like that Idea of my actions causing someone to feel uncomfortable.

I hope everyone in this community can forgive me for my lapse in judgment that evening, as it isn’t like me. I hope my time on the server has shown that this behaviour isn’t reflective of who I am and that it will never happen again.

I will have to repeat what was said in your last appeal. I am sick of people thinking they can get away with saying such things, saying sorry and thinking they can return.
You have been a member of this community for over a year and a half now, I would expect better from a long standing player.

You have had 7 warnings and this is your 4th ban so please tell me why I should entertain this appeal? I appreciate you took responsibility for your actions in this appeal and in the report but why even get to this point in the first place?

I can accept that my record isn't the cleanest, and it's not something I'm proud of. I do make mistakes, but I have always tried to work on myself in order to not make the same mistakes. For me, this incident is different from my other bans. I didn't need any time away from the server to reflect on what I had done, I knew right away the severity of the situation, I'm still really disappointed and gutted that my actions have caused others to be upset and its something I can only apologise for. I've been a part of this server for a while, and upsetting anyone is the last thing I would want. We are all one big community that plays on this server for fun. As I mentioned earlier, my record isn't spotless, but my bans are all due to genuine mistakes from which I have learned. I've spent a long time on this server and have always had the community's best interests at heart, which I hope helps you feel confident in trusting me back into the community.

Apologies for the previous reply, I will now focus on your question.

As you previously stated, I’m a ‘long standing player,’ and I believe I have created countless great interactions and made some great friends in this community, which I only wish to continue. If you were to allow me back, I plan to take a break from the ‘gang’ side of RP, I believe it to be factor in not being able to control emotions.

The most enjoyment I’ve had on the server was when I worked at the taxi rank, and when I started my own business called ‘Sanders Motorcycles’. I plan to put my full focus on this side of the server, as I find it much more ‘chill’ and it allowed me to offer great interactions to the members of the community through these businesses, which is something I wish to get back into. I do hope you can see that my good moments on the server outweigh my bad moments, and improving myself is something I’m always trying to do.

Hope you're well,

I was out looking for Cutlass with OCG and we found 3 of there members, then we brought them back to the OCG turf where we was interrogating them.

I'm sure the events leading up to this weren't just 1 sentence full.
If you're not going to put the effort into this, then I'm not willing to entertain the appeal any further.
