In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was shot by a local on the harbor. I then switched to another character hoping to get someone to help me.

Why should we unban you ?: I love this server. I have dedicated so many hours of my time enjoying this server and the people within it. I have made friendships, had great experiences, fun times etc. Infact it was that love and drive to play on this server that caused me to make such as stupid decision. I got desperate, dying with alot of money on me early morning knowing that there will be noone to save me, so I slipped up and suffered the consequences. And I do deeply regret it. When that staff member teleported me and said that I'm recieving a ban I was actually on the verge of tears. I know what I did was stupid, I can assure that it was an incident that will never be repeated and that I regret extremely. I really care about this server and I just hope to be able to play with my friends again. I have always attempted to be an example of kindness and respect which I believe anyone I've interacted with can back up. I am seriously sorry for my actions, and if I do get unbanned I can assure you that this experience has hurt me alot and it will never happen again. Please give me a chance to prove that I am good for this server and especially the people within it.

A Flashlight & £14,426 in cash, you decided to break multiple server rules (C2.3, G3.5), earning yourself a permanent ban. 

... If I now sit down and go through our logs, death by death, will I find any other instances of you combat logging?

I know it was dumb….

I was taxiing all night since at the start of the day I only had like £1000 in my account. I was just frustrated at the way I had died due to accidentally walking into merryweather and getting shot. With the stuff that I had it was basically 20% of the work I had done that night. I was saving up to finally get a house as I was planning to get married. Now it all just feels insignificant to risk so much for so little money.

Yes, I switched to another character a few days ago to get help. I got comfortable and complacent after that thinking I wouldn’t get caught. I realise that’s no excuse but I assure you that if you were to unban me I wouldn’t even dare to consider doing anything of this nature again. I know it shouldn’t take getting banned to learn that and I’m sorry for the actions I took and the decisions I’ve made. All I can ask is that you let me prove that I have learned from this experience.

So, that instance a few days ago - is that the only other time you have combat logged?

As I said, I did get complacent with it since then. I would usually taxi throughout the night and then something would happen causing me to die and I would log off and go to sleep out of fustration. Logging on the next day I would wait hoping someone will find me.

I've messed up severely... but I just want it known that I value this server extremely. Never before have I had such a good experience on any other server. This whole situation has really upset me. I know now not to take advantage of this server and its rules. I followed all other rules well and it was just this rule I seemed to disregard. It wasnt right of me and I understand that completely. I have alot of plans for my time on this server and I really hope to continue with those plans. I want to show that I am a good player and now after this I hope to improve even further on myself. Its been tragic telling my friends about this situation and they've told me to give up and move on. But I dont want to give up. I want to prove myself to you and to all other staff that I am capable of following the rules, that this situation will never happen again. (Also I saw that I was also banned for G2.9 but there was never anything transferred between the two characters)

Logging on to character B to ask for help on character A, is against G3.5

I'm really not sure. I can't say for certain but over the time I've been back I think it would be around 4 times. Each time was just petty. Looking back on it now there was no reason not to just swallow my pride and accept the consequences of my actions. All I can do is continue to promise that it will never happen again. Its just childish of me and I regret it all. Just thinking that there is a very real possibility I will never be able to play on this server ever again fills me with dread and regret. I know I keep repeating myself and I'm sorry for that but I just desperately need you to know that I will never do this again.

Well.. I counted them - In the last 30 days of you playing here, not counting the break between January and June, you've combat logged 27 times.
- A couple more than four I'd say... 

Conclusion
Due to the nature of your ban, and the extent of it, you will not be considered for an unban for 3 months (02/10/2023).
Furthermore; 'Walter Le Bons' injuries has finally caught up with him, leading to the character dying. (Character Deletion).

If you are caught combat logging a single time after a successful appeal,  you will fall back onto a permanent ban with a minimum 6 month cooldown before you can appeal again. This criteria will remain indefinitely.
