Reason given for your ban: G2.9 Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The main reason for the ban was the transfer of money and vehicles between characters, and I did make a bunch of characters with different names whilst also deleting my old characters, and for some of them I did transfer the money or the vehicles to make things easier for me to grind. I didn't know this was an issue, until one of the staff leads pulled me and a friend of mine out and had a word with us about it. The problem islaid mainly on my end, as all my friend did was comply to what I told him.

Why should we unban you ?: I wish to be unbanned as I have read the rules written at the following links shown above, and have understood the criteria to follow, and will not condone to the following actions, and have everything done via Roleplay, especially for each character I make with no connections between each. Now I understand the rules and regulations that need to implemented, and would like to apply for a ban appeal in order to get back to the server and get started with the server, fresh. Now I understand that a wipe will be highly issued, but is it possible to have the character and start with the 35,000 that any new character starts off with, or will I have to create a brand new account?

Since our chat the other morning you mentioned that you didn't read the rules prior along with your friend, However you've mentioned you now have so that's a good step in a sense. Now the question about this, Why would you believe this would be alright to be done? Almost any game these days have either this type of rule or something similar so why would here be any different? 

 As mentioned when we had a chat it wasn't only transferring items (Money and Vehicles) however your trips to the casino on multiple of the characters you made, So explain to us why this was done also? 

When we we're talking on the roof you and your friend mentioned the reason you did this was due to you wanting a new character name, So what's the real story behind why this rule was broken?

Now you've said you made the characters have no connections between them however your main character the one named here, Has vehicles and money from your other characters so there is that connection in a sense however your current character wouldn't know anything about the previous characters more so with what they did/didn't own ect. You said you did this to make it easier (from the grind), Everyone grinds for items they would like, So why would you believe it's fine to break rules to do this?

I agree with you, I was in the wrong here with thinking it was right to trade vehicles and money to other characters, and for that I truly apologize. However I would like to inform that this is being my second GTA RP server, and my first serious RP server, that I haven't had much experience with the FiveM community.

Now in regards to the Casino, I'm not too sure how long ago it was neither do I remember about it, so all I can do is apologize in advance and ensure that it won't happen again, should I be re-instated. However the reasoning regarding the name change, and the character creation is true as mentioned by my friend, it was the main reason why I kept creating new characters and I had no ulterior motives to it.

My statement of my characters having no connections with each other isn't relating back to my main character before ban, but as an action that I will be taking after the ban process and if I get re-instated back into the server. I really enjoy playing on the server, and am willing to spend the time and effort to change my ways and work on a better play to ensure that none of these happen again, including the number of characters created and deleted and the transferring of money.

If you made all different characters due to the name, Why did you make multiple with the same name? This to me makes no sense, So please help me understand this.

Hey Stuart, sorry for the late response.

Honestly speaking, majority of the characters have been mainly due to the names, however for some of them it could have been that I just wanted to start over or start fresh with a friend that I'd get on. But there may have been a few cases where I may have made characters and had the money from a previous character transferred, or the cars. So it's like I mentioned before, I apologize for everything that I've done on the wrong and have clearly read the rules and understood that every character created has its own unique trait and can't be linked to other characters, where as knowledge on the different characters are specific to each and that the money and cars must be got either within that character or through roleplay but can't be transferred from a characters of mine to another character of mine.

Lets say we offer you an opportunity to return, How can we be sure you won't simply break the same rule again or attempt to?

Good morning,
                           If an opportunity is offered for me to return to the server, as now its been clear that transferred items between characters is not allowed and offensive in a permanent ban, I'll ensure to stick to one character, mainly "Drae Monroe". And I'll also make sure that if I do make side characters, they have no correlation to each other character and have each character have their own story and their own progress. The only way I can ensure that this won't happen again, is by giving a second chance to earn your trust in ensuring that it won't happen again, while also doing what I've mentioned above.

In relation to the rule G2.9, "Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method", this is to ensure fair play between all players and as a serious role-playing server, everything must be done via character. This rule has been placed to ensure that players don't misuse the option to make multiple characters to transfer money or transfer progress just like that. Also as a serious roleplay server, every character must have their own unique background.

For you to come back we will have a couple of conditions to be met before you can return;

- You must accept a full wipe on all characters  and start fresh.

Apologies for the delay in responses from myself @Lil DraeHad a lot going on, Anyway lets draw this appeal to a close. As mentioned by Stavik a wipe will be done on your character meaning all money, Vehicles, Inventory ect will be removed. Since you have agreed to this term I have gone ahead and wiped your character. 

It should go without saying that it's best to read up on the rules to ensure you are aware of them moving forth so you don't end up back in this section of the forums moving forth. I've gone ahead and issued an unban so you are welcome to rejoin however please keep in mind what has been said here in the appeal.
