Reason given for your ban: G3.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for meta gaming

Why should we unban you ?:  I don't intend on breaking any rules on the server. I am not trying to make excuses for what happened. It makes it look even worse that it was 3 days since my previous ban.

I would like to get unbanned to continue with RP as I left off and know I add content for the users I have been involved with on the server. The reason this occurred was due to me streaming the game which I didnt believe to be a rule break and a viewer meta-gaming from this. I was trying to explain this to the admin that picked us up but the driver was being disruptive. But I also did not believe I could refuse the pick--up when it is requested which explains the dialogue that she heard/recorded. I want to rectify this but i know this is only in your hands and accept the punishment knowing I should have refused the pickup etc

I did want to explain to the admin at the time before my friend drove off the building... I was streaming the content on discord for a friend that doesn't roleplay as he was considering joining. This is how the friend who grabbed me found me and then I should have made better choices and want to prove this after the 2 months of being banned

I appreciate the honesty, we all make mistakes. It is VERY disappointing to see you back here though.

What will you do to ensure this doesn't happen again?

 
I will ensure I abide by all the rules in place and will make sure I also discourage others I interact with. If situations like this arise again I will make sure I make better choices.

Like I said previously I have had the time to reflect from the 2 month ban and really dont want to be in this position again.

 
Hi,

Referring to this occasion... I will make sure that if I was streaming the content then I would assess the context of how they have found my body etc to ensure that it was done by the rules. Therefore, my actions would be to refuse the pickup and accept the death.

However, I feel it would be best if I do not stream this content in the future.

'Better choices' referred to thinking about the context of the situation if I were to die and making the judgment as to whether it was done legitimately. 

 
Hi Jessie,

I have a few friends in the city who I would reconnect with and was just starting to build more connections to build to the RP.

Even though I have technically been in the city a while I feel like I am a novice with a lot of the content that I was starting to learn and broaden my learnings of gang life etc.

I feel like I have had some great interactions and was getting more involved in deeper RP before I made my mistakes.

If you receive any ban within the next 6 month you will be put back on to a permanent.
