In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I messaged my irl friend in game saying 'come turf n*gger'

Why should we unban you ?: Firstly i must say that I understand why this as a rule must be in place. However i believe that it is important to understand the context. I am a black Mozambique male, and it is common for me to say this in a joking manner. i said this to one of my closest friends in game and irl and i think that it is important to take into consideration the context of what i said because if it was said in a way to inflict harm on others then i think that a permanent ban would be necessary, however the the context of which i said it in was quite the opposite. Please take this into consideration while reviewing my request.

Hello there, I will not lock this appeal but I highly recommend you read our forum rules as you've just bumped this appeal by adding a new reply to it.

I am lost...how are you trying to say that there's context between you using the n word with hard r. 
Have you read our rules before joining the server?
There is no excuse, no context, for someone to be whipping out racist comments to one and other. If this is your form of "fun" or "jokes" I highly recommend moving on from this community to another that supports said "jokes" / "fun". 

Why are you planning on coming back? 
What is it that makes you want to come back? 
 

Do you think calling someone the n word(hard r), albeit your friend is okay and not discriminatory?
I fail to understand this, maybe you can shine some light on it.

i understand how it may seem from another point of view, however the person i said it to over messages is a close friend who understands that i have been brought up with this word being used alot around me throughout my youth and that it is common in both mine and his areas of london to be used in a non threatening way. I understand that this is not an excuse for what i said but the fact that i said it to a friend i know irl means that if he has a problem with what i am saying he can come up to me and we can have a proper conversation about it. Me and him are both black, so it is not discriminating when we say it, wouldn't that be hypocritical 

Why are you planning on coming back? - i have plenty of friends on the server and i really enjoy the atmosphere.

What is it that makes you want to come back? - during my ban period i have been looking for servers like this but there are none, this server has amazing staff and amazing players which you cant find on many other servers. i truly regret not thoroughly reading the rules before hand and making this mistake.

Thank you for your reply and sorry that it took a hot minute to get back to you as I've been busy. 
Here on RPUK we do not support any of this vocabulary, as it falls under C1.2 
(C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban. << In your case C1.7 as it was automatic ban.

Doesn't fly here as an excuse, as the rules are clear on paper here, we do not accept any of the listed above. 

How do I know you won't say it again, given you stated;

I highly recommend moving on from this community to another that supports said "jokes" / "fun". 
For now it's a no and I will decline this appeal for a minimum of a month, feel free to appeal said ban on the 02/10/2023
