Why do you think you were banned: For carelessness involving the f word
Why should we unban you: Because I am very new to the city, I understand that is not a valid reason, but I am learning and improving as I go on. Going back to the reason I was banned, let me just get this out of the way. I know it doesn't justify my actions, and I understand what the word means and how people can be offended by it, but the intent and context in which I used the word were to imply that the person was a whimp, as thats how me and my friends use it in an irl situation. It was an honest mistake that I will take full accountability for, and it just slipped out. I didn't mean to offend anyone or use it as an attack on someone's sexuality. As soon as I said it, I proceeded to apologise multiple times, as I knew I had made a mistake. I hope the person to whom I said this is okay, and I would like a chance to officially apologise again. If possible, I hope you can see this from my perspective. I understand if I still don't get unbanned, as it's a sensitive topic. I hope to hear from you soon, as I am eager to get back into the server thank you for reading this.

I didn't mean to offend anyone

That doesn't really make sense, does it? So you call someone the F word in order to imply that they are a whimp, but then say that it's not meant to offend anyone. Could you explain how those 2 things don't contradict themselves?

When I said the word, I didn't mean to offend or go at anyone sexuallity I just meant it in a way that, to me, means stop being an idiot. As for context, before I said this, they took my car, and I was asking for it back, but they wouldn't give it back. We then started to have a fist fight in which I fell over, and they proceeded to kick me in the head while I was down.That's when I said, "Stop getting cheap shots in you f word." Once, I said this I repeatedly apologised and realised what I said. I then stopped fighting back and let them beat me up and dump me while I continued to say sorry. Can you understand where i am coming from and how i tried to use the word

What if someone were to call you something that they didn't find offensive but you personally took great offense to?

Yes, I can understand how it can make people feel and how someone might be offended by it. I already showed my understanding in the previous message, and I get your point that if someone finds something offensive but someone else might not, it was a genuine mistake that I have taken responsibility for. Even though there is no evidence of me saying this, I have still admitted that I am wrong and no I do not use offensive language like that on a daily basis. I get it's a sensitive topic, but all I am asking for is a second chance, as I personally think it is a bit harsh to permanently ban me on my first ban for someone saying I said something with no evidence. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope we can come to an agreement.

You only get to play the server with no subscriptions or whitelist simply because we (staff and management) let you. You have no rights or entitlements for something we offer for free.
You break the rules you get punished. The rules are there with the punishment lengths. It's all written in plain English and if for some reason you STILL had doubts you have many outlets to ask questions.

It sucks being banned, I've been there. On the other side of the same coin though it sucks having people state they know and understand the rules then complain the punishment is too harsh.
You signed the terms and conditions, this is your stupid prize for playing a stupid game.

Also there was evidence in the report that got you banned.

If you couldn't stop yourself from saying it this time, How can we know this won't happen again?

Alright, yeah, I understand all of that, and I get that you guys have to take action and have punishments for stuff like this, or the server would be full of people like that, and I respect that. All I have been trying to do is get my perspective across, like the way I used the word apoliagized, and now I have to deal with my punishment. Obviously, I want to get back on the server, hence why I am making an appeal. and its not that i couldnt stop myself just a case of being stupid and not thinking since being banned i will make sure i do not repaet anything like this again as i want to stay in the server and i have learnt my lesson

Sorry, I did not know what bumping was. As I said in my first message, I am very new, which I know is still no excuse. I took the time while being locked to educate myself on what it is, and I sat and carefully read the rules. I was not trying to bump or be rude; I was just curious about the situation with my ban. My apologies, and I hope we can move forward with trying to get me back on the server.
