Why do you think you were banned: For my misuse of the OOC chat. Specifically not using it for help or calling someone to QE
Why should we unban you: Hello all,
this is my third appeal by me in an attempt to get the permanent ban lifted from me for my wrongful use of the OOC chat. I used the OOC chat to comment on and reply to the distinction of randomly throwing snowballs at people being classed as RDM.

Why the rule is there: The rule is there to keep the chat clear of pointless chatter out of the chat box. The OOC chat is there for quick fix help, To call people to QE and staff/server announcements.

What I would do in the future: If I was to be unbanned I would use OOC correctly such as helping people with quick fix help like I have in the past and keep it to that strictly or if wanted by my appeal reviewer I can opt for the removal of the chat box from my screen so it only comes to me in Staff/Server announcements or when being @'d by other roleplayers.

These 2 months i've been away from the server it's been sad to watch all my mates play and not be able to join in with the fun. From the food update to the drug update my actions have caused me to miss out on all the fun and I plead with sincerity to be let back in. I wish to be forgiven for my wrongdoings and to be trusted to be let back into the community. I am truly apologetic and regret my misuse of the chat

All is great hope it is for you too.

Yes, it has, after some time off and a reflection on what the rules are there for I can see how my wrongdoings in the past has affected other people. I was thinking of it in a too direct sense. My OOC spam had to make staff go out their way to ban me then have to deal with me here that is just one example of it affecting other people. They all have affected people but this will not be the case going forward. I will be more mindful of my actions and how they impact other people.

OOC chat is there for Staff/Server announcements, Inviting people to liaison and asking for quick fix tech help. Anything other than that could be seen as extended OOC interaction
