Why do you think you were banned: It seems that I have been banned for exploiting specifically 3rd person shooting. I feel as I can positively say that I haven't used this bug to gain an advantage against other people. As said in groups there has been has been some sort of 3rd person shooting detection added to the server and that has shown me 3rd person shooting
Why should we unban you: I do believe I should be unbanned because I feel as I am certain I haven't used third person shooting in a car against other people. I can hold my hands up and say that I have shot locals and also random shots in third person while just driving around but I guess you already know that.

The shooting of locals is still to be seen as exploiting and that is what has gotten me here. The use of this in a fight is something that I would never consider as it would ruin the integrity of play and would change the natural course of roleplay. My reasoning of using this against locals would be that I felt as it would be causing no harm to other people nor disrupting roleplay, It was more of just if I went to shoot a local and it put me in third person who would care? But of course I shouldn't have carried out these exploits in such manner. I have a full understanding of how using this in roleplay could just make it unfun and unfair for everyone and I would not want this happening to me either.

My intentions on the server have always been to have fun and create fun for others, I have only ever received a ban for combatting logging back in feb of 2023 that was due to my misunderstanding of the rule itself. Since then I have been an active roleplayer within the community with a clean year and 4 months and not even seeing a report on myself on here at all.

As for the deny, I left a message in the marabunta, pistolaros channel saying "Cold favoritism in the unban appeal section", this chat consists of 16 of the marabunta f6 members plus 2 staff, to which Nikolai replied with a question which then lead me to answering his question. I am sure you are already aware of what these messages consist of, I was just making from what I thought was just an observation from the lens of the outside-in. I didn't think I was being overtop, the short conversation ended a reply from Nikolai to which I didn't respond to. I was just confused as to the order of which was reviewed first, as Nikolai straightened it out in the chat. He explained as to why they was dealt with and that few people answer appeals, to which I was left satisfied hence why I didn't reply.

I hope we can discuss my wrong doings and I can gain your trust to be let back into the community

Let´s get this started off by saying, I appreciate the effort you have put into your appeal. It has not gone unnoticed.

Now, onto the ban itself. Whether or not you did it to gain an advantage simply does not matter. You exploited. Knowingly. Purposely. That is the gist of it... And it does make one wonder how many times you have done this before already.

Be completely honest here with me - have you used this exploit for an extended period of time, to your advantage or not?

Was it you bypassing it purposely or accidentally? Why use it at all in either case?

When it comes to your message in the discord, I would like to reiterate that unbans are the lowest priority for staff in any case. You got yourself here, you have been locked out and you are lucky that we have not thrown away the key and give you a chance to make it right. We do this in our free time and some staff likes working from bottom to top, others from top to bottom and some just randomly click on an appeal and deal with what they have in front of them.

Yeah you are right, it was plain exploiting whether it be little or lots I shouldn't have done it. To cross off a word on the unban appeal bingo card here, it was a "lapse of judgement". I believe I truly miss judged the impact of what I was doing while carelessly carrying out this exploit. It makes me look not trust worthy to be within the community when not following the simplest of rules. Locals or not it was outright against the server rules that are here to keep it fun and fair.

On to the time period that I have exploited, I would believe I have done it a fair few times over a period of time. Sometimes it being actively bypassed to kill the swarm of locals around fudge lane, others it being, well its put me here so oh well. Both are these are cases of my misjudgment that this ban has made me realize.

As said before little or lots, this is something I should of reported instead of using it and if I was given the trust to re-enter the community I would act in such manner. Little bug or big bug it will be reported

Thank you for your detailed reply, I appreciate that.

Now, looking at your record being fairly clean, I am disappointed to see you in this section of the forums especially for something like this.

However, I am willing to give you another chance. Should you be banned at all within the next 6 months, you will find yourself here again. Should we catch you exploiting ever again, your chances of coming back will be extremely low, I hope you understand that.

Furthermore, I urge you to be very careful on how you treat staff in the future and what accusations you make. While you spend your free time playing the game, we spend it dealing with all sorts of issues within the community and we have absolutely no desire to be treated badly for it.
