In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I respawned up in paleto, while in paleto before heading back to the city I waited for my friend, once we were both in the car heading back to the city, due to us not speaking in game we were pulled by staff and banned for meta gaming and new life rule.

Why should we unban you ?: I've had some time to reflect on my ban over the month and understand why I was ban. my understanding of the new life rule at that time I didn't realize that me looking for my mate who had also died in the same situation as me was classed as breaking the new life rule. after looking back I can now fully understand that looking for him after we had both died in the same situation is breaking this rule.
Moving onto the meta gaming rule, I was in a call with someone that was also playing rpuk with me now after the situation we both undefended and this was when we was heading back to our houses to log off.
due to us not being in a RP situation I thought that us not being deafened wouldn't affect anyone's role playing experience, after looking back i should have never been in the same discord with someone I'm playing rpuk with as the rule states 'Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming' and being in a discord call makes it very easy to use out of character information to influence the course of roleplay, this was completely not my intentions but i can understand why the staff took action on this and gave me the Ban.

I would like to finish off by apologising not only to the staff team that have given me multiple chances but also the community i wont let this happen again and I hope you can see past my mistakes.

During your talk with Admins in game before your ban was pushed, you were given multiple opportunities to be honest and was asked if you were communicating via OOC methods.
You had denied this, and informed them that you were not speaking via OOC methods.

In this appeal you now admit you were in a Discord call which they already knew, so please tell me why did you lie?
Are you just typing in this appeal what you think we want to hear to get you unbanned?

 In the heat of the moment, I was saying what i thought the admins wanted to hear, to reduce my chance of not being banned. I took a month break and now looking back I should've been honest to the admins from the start. I've decided now to put an unban appeal in and be completely honest as i feel like I've had enough time to reflect on my ban. I'm not just saying what you think you want to hear, I'm just being honest in this appeal as it was a silly to lie to the admins.

I understand my ban history over the past 2 years isn't the best, however I believe I have learnt from these bans, with this in mind I thought it would be best to take my time to reflect on my most recent  ban I received, from this I thought instead of lying and getting a larger ban I should be honest with this ban appeal. If there is anything you think I'm lying about in this appeal I'm happy to answer any more questions you have. This mistake wont happen again and I appreciate your time for looking at my unban appeal.

With the time away from the server, what have you learned? 
With the history over the past two years, is it just me or is it getting worse and worse with each ban? When will it stop? Is there even a hope / chance for you to break from this cycle, or will we see you here again?

Since the ban I was able to fully understand the rules I broke and that me attempting to lie will just make the consequences worse for me. I have learnt from this mistake and it wont happen again. I have made a few mistakes within my time playing the server but I do learn from them and I make sure the same mistake doesn't happen twice, with this I believe I can break from this cycle and that you wont be seeing me back in the forums.

You've a lot of G6 kicks, surely you've learned from that mistake, no? 
Although you're correct, you've only been banned for it once, but this many kicks and then a ban for you to learn the lesson? 

I think is a bit excessive. 
Until now, your last ban was 10/09/2022 - With this one it's 04/08/2023

If you were given a "time machine", and could go back to that time you broke said rules, what would you do differently, how would you act, how would you behave?

If given a "time machine" The things I would do differently is make the roleplay for the other party more interesting instead of ruining it by breaking rules, I would act more mature and be honest from the start and I would make sure to think before doing anything that may end up having me banned. 

if you were to give me another chance I want to change the way I play RPUK and not just be around the hospital this will stop me getting kicked and will resolve this issue.

So the main way I will change how I play RPUK is I want to get more involved into the businesses in RPUK this will stop me from going to the places that will give me the G6 kicks as ill have no reason to be there, I have a few ideas that I will do in game to achieve this, it may take awhile but hopefully I own a business, that's my main goal.

In the next 6 months, if you're banned again, it will automatically come with a 1 month cooldown (2 months if you've been banned for Combat Logging) 

I do hope you stick to you being a changed man, and aim to own a business, I do advise you as well to re-read the rules, before we even entertain letting you back on.

- Explain the rules, and why they're important in an RP community

The rules I broke was G4.3 which is where the NLR rule applies, and Your character does not remember any of the previous roleplay situation, and you not allowed to return to the location where you died for at least 15 minutes or re enter the situation, this rule is important as it stops people from ruining RP situations within the community by them keep returning and remembering what happened after they were killed.

The other rule I broke was G3.1 which is OOC Information (metagaming), this is using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay. this is important as it stops people from ruining others experience by watching their stream and knowing where they are or by someone telling their mate something that changes how the RP situation plays out in game.

I agree to the restrictions that you have mentioned above.
