In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: HI I have done a ban dispute about a year ago on account called Kobra, I can't log back into that account as my phone number changed and I lost my old phone. As far as I'm aware my argument for my previous combat log ban was fair and I think that was seen fair by an admin, however because at the time I was under 18 they kept me banned till September just past.

Why should we unban you ?: I am a whole new person and I am now 18 years old, I will play Fairly and abide by the government rules no matter what If I am given the chance to play, this is my favourite city to have played in.

Unfortunately, when it comes to 'PEGI' bans, these are very difficult and delicate. 
Since we do not accept any form of ID due to privacy reasons, GDR/GDPR etc. we of course have no way of validating or verifying what you are saying is true.

This is why we have taken the stance that, if believed to be underage, we are rather 'safe than sorry', in which case, if there is any doubt, we will remove said person.
It's clear in our Community Rules page, that these bans will not be overturned for significant time - As of such, you may not appeal this until at least a year has passed from your ban date.
Try again 25/03/2023.
