Why do you think you were banned: HI I was originally banned nearly two week ago for pegi, but then this was switched to C1.8 due to me knowingly allowing my underaged child play on the server without notifying a staff member.
Why should we unban you: my original ban was an iP/pegi ban but this is not the case as i am of age to play the server so I was asked to open a new appeal as the ban was not accurate and I am now applying to be unbanned from C1.8 rule break as I did not let any staff member aware that I knew my son who was 17, was on the server. it was my mistake that I did not let anyone know and I regret not doing so. in my defence I Did strongly advise my son he was too young to play as this was an 18+ server but he just ignored what I said and did it anyway I knew he would be caught and removed but did not realise I would get the same punishment. hence the original ip/pegi ban. I further would like to add I realy enjoy playing on the server and believe within time I can get better with the rp I had planned. I can say this will not be an issue in the future and I will definitely be more vocal about any rule breaking as I know now what the consequences are for not doing so. I would like you to re consider reinstating my account and would be very grateful if this is possible i would also like to add that further looking into the rules I believe I broke the rule c1.8 (Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule.) this rule does not state it results in a permanent ban and I hope the ban I already endured is enough punishment.

Why did you not come forward to begin with? Surely, playing the server yourself, you understand why we wouldn´t want minors to play here?
 
Yes I understand I messed up by not doing so, my mistake and it has cost me being banned for what should have been in my opinion a week at the most but I have lost out in a month and possibly forever but its me that has to live with that. I can just say sorry and hope all can be forgiven.

Let´s start off with this - unfortunately, your opinion does not matter in this instance. You acknowledged our rules and broke our trust, it´s really that simple. Your punishment being a permanent ban has multiple reasons. Firstly, as already mentioned, you broke the rules and therefore our trust. Secondly, we needed to ensure your son would not be able to play our server by any means. This is meant to safeguard the community as well as your child.

Now, don´t give me the full DOB but when abouts will your boy turn 18?
How do we ensure he won´t be able to connect through your PC until then?

firstly to answer your questions my boy is 18 next year 2025,
secondly my boy never connected through my pc when we got the ban, He used his own PC. The original ban to myself was due to an ip ban as we are in the same house using the same router/internet (I know this appeal is for a C1.8 Ban but the original ban was for something else @Phoenix dealt with it originally) So as for connecting to your server through my pc this will not happen as he does not have my passwords and he never will. I can assure you he will not be trying to get back onto your server again until he is old enough and gone through the unban appeal as i have. he assures me he will not as he has seen what i have had to go through to try get unbanned and i have made it clear to him what this server meant to me.

I will issue an unban for your today, your son will be able to appeal once he has turned 18 years old.
