Why do you think you were banned: for streaming a TeamSpeak meeting with staff about a situation that happened to staff 10 months ago.
Why should we unban you: Hello again staff team i hope all is well, its been roughly 3 months since my last appeal was denied and I feel like I've left it ample time before appealing the ban again.
In my last appeal we covered quite a bit concerning the actual ban itself and the reasoning behind what happened, i also feel like all the questions that were asked by staff were answered in great detail. so for the start of this appeal process i will talk more on why i feel i should be unbanned from a personally level and then allow staff to ask questions depending on what you guys would like to find our or know about any thing that wasnt covered in the last appeal. I have been banned around 10 months now and at the beginning of my ban (august) i decided to take a break from FiveM, myself and gekz basically grinded out Escape From Tarkov until around October time so roughly 2 months away from FiveM. Around November some of the 229 boys decided they'd like to try playing FiveM again and i was asked if id like to join, so we moved to a RP server called EchoRP.
this server is an whitelisted American RP server, during my time on that server i had to basically relearn how to roleplay again because the standards are so incredibly high that you can get banned for a stupid mistake like getting on a bike to early into a police chase. so with the experience of playing on that server i definitely feel like i am still able to RP with people and make experiences enjoyable for people and i definitely looking in a different perspective now instead of just wanting to shoot people which was how it got in 229.
After some time i ended up quitting EchoRP after they tried perma banning me over a character name i made as i was interested in trying out Police RP, the name i had for my police character was "Duncan Sinners" apparently there was some wordplay in that name that was perma bannable? im not really sure but either way that's how that story ended.
I'm also sure some members and staff also heard about a server that started up called "Phoenix RP" I was told about it and joined the discord and seen it had a decent amount of members so i thought i would wait for it to come out and give it ago. maybe 2 weeks before the server was opened to the public the owner put out staff applications and i jokingly applied assuming i wouldnt get staff since i have no staffing experience, but i think not many people applied because i actually got staff on the server. although the server was a complete mess from day 1 and closed after a week. being staff on the server opened my eyes to how incredible annoying it is to have to try and manage people acting like children when your just trying to have fun yourself.
Now i know this appeal isnt me talking about my ban like i did in the last appeal. but as stated i do feel like ive answered all the questions that were asked in great detail and i cant really think of anything else staff would need to know regarding that situation, of course if you have questions still regarding anything . then ask away and ill still continue to answer any questions with as much details as possible. but the goal for this appeal was to highlight the details about myself that wasnt asked or mentioned in the last appeal as i feel like i can become a member of this community again and that i can gain the trust of staff over time
