Reason given for your ban: (G1.2) RDM. (C5.1) Common sense/frag mentality

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for this reason 11 months ago - https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/138747-report-a-player-kiean-weller-id-374-gta-rp/ I got into a chase with police because i was carrying a firearms, i took them to an unknown location where i opened fire and rdm an officer.

Why should we unban you ?: Dear RPUK Staff.
I am writing this unban appeal to accept my mistakes, i've made numerous appeals with a lack of effort and i apologies for that. I can confirm i am sorry for my actions placed on the 23rd of April. I accept my actions were wrong and i deserved the ban, my roleplay was short and very poor if not any rp at all. This wasn't a lack of respect towards the server, it was an impulsive decision and by the time i'd pulled my gun out rp left my mentality, I admit when getting reported i didn't seem phased because i knew i was going elsewhere (irl) for a while, but i've always enjoyed rpuk and its community. since being banned i've been gone a while and been very busy irl to even think about appealing, after a month or being back to gaming i very quickly realized how much i miss roleplaying on rpuk.
This appeal is not to try my luck and get unbanned, i genuinely care about getting unbanned as i enjoy it so much, as much as i've said this i'll say it again, my presence in rpuk community was never toxic and if i got unbanned i can assure this would not happen again. Its been just over 2 years since i joined rpuk and id like to strongly ask if the staff team could put trust in me and let role play in the server again. out of the year and a half being active on the server this was my first ban if im sure, and i know this should be none but some stuff just happeens, i'd like to say sorry to the staff that had to deal with me in that present moment and a sorry to mason for ruining a potentially decent bit of roleplay. I can assure you i wont be or lead to a ''gfrag kid' although i enjoy gang rp and police rp. its not something i want unbanned for, and that saying it wont be me, a few things i learnt in rpuk was grinding for guns is soul crushing and the end result is not wroth a ban because your mentality changes, however my joy for gang rp has not changed.

I've reflected for some time now and understand why i was wrong for it, and how to simply avoid stuff like that, because it just isnt worth the risk of a ban and my poor rp ruined the experience for others so i understand the consequences now.

My full purpose for appealing is because i enjoy the server, and want get into what i did before my stupid mistake, i can give certainty that i wont be that frag kid your worried about letting back in.

Please accept my apology as a sign of a fresh start, and something i can potentially prove myself on - I'd be very grateful for a second chance.

Well, I appreciate it. 
Now, you said you were not bothered with the report because you knew you were not going to be around anyway... Why bother at all then? Why did you not just take your ban under the FBS and go away for a bit? You are aware that this didn´t have to be a permanent ban, correct?

Furthermore, why the RDM? Was it you trying to go out with a bang? Boredom? Not thinking properly? I don´t quite understand how someone with a fairly clean record, apart from a couple warnings, manages to be as silly as you were that day...

 
Thanks for replying, to answer some of your questions i'd like to say i didnt purposely rdm, like i said in previous appeals my intention wasnt to ruin the rp, or rdm, i made a mistake a dealt with the consequence.

I'm aware my record was clean, and hence why i own up to my stupidity, however boredom side of things came from beefing with police in the first place, my friend (cant remember who) was took into pd and i tried entering first, failed, and circled pd for a while, cant remember much after that as it was so long ago, but i know it ended up with me rdmin, i gave mason no time to value his life and im sorry for that.

I want you to talk me through the situation that led to your ban in as much detail as possible, what you think you did wrong and IF you were given another chance on the server and were faced with a similar situation HOW you would approach it differently knowing what you do now.

I will try my best to give as much detail as possible however it was a long time ago. My friend got arrested for selling coke near triad turf, he called me when he was in a jail cell and told me to come get him, i waited for a police man to enter the building and followed him, taking him hostage to let me through the gates, waited and waited for an opportunity to get inside the cell i gave up, went back outside and accidentally had my gun pointed on my bike (sanchez) after circling pd waiting for an opportunity to get my friend, masons police character spotted me with my pistol, and radio'd saying i had a firearm, after i could see them chasing me i rode my bike towards lost mc compound, fell of just before the bridge, and too stop myself from getting caught or arrested i opened fire at the 207 (police car) dropped the guy in that and fled the scene.

Moments later i came back and seen mason giving the guy medical attention, and at this point i mess up badly, because i panic and tell him to put his hands up, without giving him enough time i shoot him in the head, and make some petty immature comments.

If i was to get into this situation again id like to say id think about giving both side a fair chance at the roleplay, i wouldnt have shot mason, i would've used him as a free passage of my friend going to prison. but in an ideal situation once youve left the situation and got away, its probably best to leave the rp to them, and take the fact i got away.

Okay, I want to see what you are capable of in terms of roleplay. You say you dont have a frag kid mentality. Talk me through a HIGH QUALITY roleplay scenario that YOU would do where you take a police officer hostage in order to do this in as much detail as possible..

 
If i could go back and redo that situation, i would have came over to mason and told him to leave the downed officer alone and put his hands up, after taking him hostage i would have took him to a secret area where id demand a few things for him to repeat on radio. firstly ''i want my friend dropped off near the center of the city with access to a car, and once i identify hes safe and free, id set up a gps for my friend to go to for the hostage to be taken back to, i'd tell the police officer in my hands to radio ''he wants to meet in an open are with only 2 officers on scene to deal with me'' after been granted the plans, id make sure my friend was near by in case they tried anything.

After that was all setup id arrive in a different vehicle (blacked out) and observe the situation for my own opinion. After seeing the scene looked safe for me to release the hostage id id let the hostage go and before doing so say ''dont let this happen again'' (just to add some sort of capability) before letting im out and setting him free, id park atleast 4 car lengths away from the officers car to give myself enough time to get a head start.... and who knows if they would've got me.

Okay. So with that being said, you have been gone from the server for quite a while. What is your plans for your character(s) upon return? 

I'd also like you to quote me the rule youve been banned for, explain it in your own words and why you think this rule is in place on the server.

Ok hello sorry been busy.

So my plan for coming is back is building my character up again, in a positive way, hopefully meet new friends and possibly get myself into a crew/gang with high rp, my first days in city i was about cars but unfortunately the city eco went down and i dont have 50 hours a week to get 1 mill lol, however my character will be based around high rp gang life, if thats an option anway, and continue producing funny rp as a whole.

i was banned for rdm -  (G1.2) RDM. this means random death match (killing/shooting/injuring without valid roleplay or reason.   (C5.1) Common sense... i think this one speaks for itself

thats quit a tricky question to answer as you roleplay how you want, with rules to stop going overboard, however my character is based around gang life, and a friendly face to the community, and my plans are to make some serious friends, and to plan meetings with gangs ect to talk about future friendships and deals, like i did when i first joined the city 2 years ago, my characters way around the city is comedic and easy to get along with, however serious in the right situation - and will base my  information judged by the topic. (roleplay around the situation and who with)

These rules are put in place to stop the server becoming a frag server and to stop poor roleplay.

c5.1 is in place make you aware of your potential action, before doing so. Use common sense in every situation no matter the rp scene.

i am willing to give you another chance to prove yourself. I know you are capable of providing good roleplay, so don’t let me down.
