Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because of C2.3, where it was believe I had logged out whilst incapacitated
Why should we unban you: I was asked questions on a ticket that I had answered willingly and honestly, but nearly 24 hours after my reply a message had been added for me to acknowledge the message which I had not seen as I believed the matter to be resolved. I deeply apologise for any inconvenience and I now acknowledge my mistakes and will never repeat them again
