In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think i was banned due to the fact that some of our members logged on during a fight,

the 1st thing i would like to say is that i just logged onto the server coming back from the prison on a bike heading to turf, once i get to turf i see 1 Hustler outside spraying our turf so i shot him, i then went on top of a building and killed another one, after that i wrote in the group chat (in game group chat) "Saying hustlers at turf, killed 2 already" not 100% sure if that's exactly what i wrote but it was something like that, after i wrote that i ran over towards turf and saw KINA , KC and Dan, then i stole a hustlers radio as i didn't have one, then during the rest of the situation it was just Us 4.

Why should we unban you ?: i think i should be unbanned because i have not broken any rules, i think i was banned unfairly

Can you please quote the rule you were banned for? This might help to jog your memory.

Being honest is the only way you will ever be unbanned so I want you to really think about what you might have done to break that rule.

You might try to play innocent but you should know, we know a lot more than you think.

Hello Liam thanks for reading my appeal 

1st thing i would like to do is quote the rule I was banned for like u asked for: 

(G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

I was banned for apparently metagaming which I do not recall doing in any sort of way, in the past I have never been banned for using ooc information so why would I do it now? In every rp situation I manage to get myself into I try my hardest to not break any rules whether I’m winning or losing the situation and In the situation I was banned for I was winning so there would be no reason for me to even consider Metagaming

the only thing I have said ooc would be "hustlers on turf" I never said anything that influenced the prior roleplay that was going on 

Yes I understand it does look dodgy that 3 of our members have logged onto the server about 1 minute after the 1st bullet went off, but im sure I can’t kill someone, get on a roof on the other side of Goma parking, ask people to get on and them get on all within about a minute?

From what I have heard is that kc and kina were going to be doing a gun deal And Dan was coming on as his medal has been playing up and he wanted to test it out

Do you post anything else in Discord? Maybe streaming to other 229 members? I do find it sus that you state that you posted 'Hustlers on turf' then 3 229 logged on from 10-15 minutes

I understand how it looks, if i was in yours and hustlers shoes i would also think we metagamed (hop on squaded), it was honestly just an insane coincidence, there is no way i can make you believe me apart from mine and the rest of 229s word.

yes i know i shouldn't have wrote "hustlers on turf" in the discord but i did not want anyone to log on and get banned for "hop on squading" but people was already in the middle of joining while i was fighting them.

Please explain why we have this rule.

Also, tell me how you expect us to trust that this wont happen again. We're very good at what we do and its fairly easy to see if gang members are hopping on a for a fight. Regardless if you meant for people to hop on or not. You stated yourself that you posted a message and then a trickle of gang members logged onto the server and were in a gunfight with Hustlers

This rule has been put in place to make RP within the server more realistic and by forcing roleplay to take place for people to find information/friend/locations etc as using OOC information could stop/interfere with character progression and the fun of finding out in roleplay. It also stops people gaining an unfair advantage on other people by using OOC information for example... I tell my friends i have been kidnapped and tell them where i have been taken via OOC communication And they show up and kill the kidnappers and save me. 

Also, tell me how you expect us to trust that this wont happen again.

I can assure you this wont happen again, this was the 1st time i have ever done anything like this. since getting banned i have had time to think about what i have done and i now realise what i done was wrong and i would love the opportunity to redeem myself and provide a fun roleplay experience for myself and others on the server

Bare in mind, that when you are unbanned from this. Any ban within a 6 months period, will be a perm and you'll be back here once again asking to return.
