Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for killing a marabunta hangaround while fighting marabunta on their turf however in doing so I didn’t provide high quality roleplay.
Why should we unban you: I feel I was in every right to shoot the marabunta hangaround as he was on their turf in a active shoot out in full colours and admitted to being a hangaround and in my time hanging around for Grove If I was identified as a hangabout I would get shot with the exact same amount of roleplay, it is gang RP we are there to shoot and kill anyone that’s is marabunta and as a hangaround you are still affiliated and can protect the turf which he could’ve done but instead he decided to report and not wait for liaison which is his choice but the individual decided to go straight to the forums without hearing my side of the story. I understand the ban is deserved and I do agree but I feel if you don’t want to get shot don’t be in a active shootout area in opposing gang colours when you know they are getting shot.

Your character may have had "every right" to shoot this marabunta hangaround - but you must provide high quality roleplay regardless. This is the simplest concept/rule that separates a roleplay server from any other server and in this case you have failed to do so. Based on the clip provided as well - there was not an active shootout occurring either.

If that is the case - then it sounds as if you may have been the victim of a rulebreak. Whatever the case may be, it does not excuse yourself breaking rules.

You haven't actually provided me with any reason to unban you, as such I remain unconvinced that you'd make a positive addition to the community should you be unbanned. Given this, plus the fact that you have been permanently banned twice already this year, I'll be imposing a three month cooldown on yourself before you can appeal again.
