Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned because I tried to post ''f****t'' on Tweedle
Why should we unban you: I admit what I tried to say was wrong and was very childish I now understand I shouldn't of tried to post that under any circumstances and it was foolish of me to think I would've gotten away with that which I haven't and I regret it and I understand that it would've offended many people. I hope u understand it was the heat of the moment thing and quite frankly I'm glad it didn't get posted as it saved me a lot of stick and I understand that I shouldn't even be writing this appeal right now I should've of thought about what I was typing

I don't understand how this one falls under "heat of the moment" in all honesty.
This wasn't an active scenario which required quick thinking, you were willingly typing something up on tweedle within your own time..?

Hello @Danoo all is well I hope it is for u too, I understand completely where u are coming from as like u said i wasn't in a ''Active scenario'' However the replies on tweedle were back and fourth quite frequently and i was typing and sending without any thought of what i was saying therefore i said heat of the moment as i was trying to reply and then get ready to write another response and in my opinion it was a blessing getting C1.7 when i did as it most certainly saved me from any further mistakes i feel i went a bit too deep into character and should've separated myself from my characters feelings.

And yes, I understand now that even when there are two different groups arguing i shouldn't be trying to throw slurs like that and i deeply regret it and i really should look more into depth into what impact the slur could have on people and how immature it was to even think of it. I would like to state I don't usually throw that slur around that is why this morning i am even shocked with myself im not a judgmental person when it comes to sexual orientation either just wanted to clear that up. However after reflecting i can see where u are coming from with both of you're replies and statements I forgot I was in roleplay and the weight of the word is something that sometimes gets forgotten about in my everyday surroundings and I should have known better. Next time if it does get too heated or personal I shall remove myself from the situation (provided I'm not in an active situation) and either log off or put it on airplane mode and i would like to say here now if i do end up getting a second chance i wont ever be trying to throw that word around again nor any slurs like that.

I forgot I was in roleplay and the weight of the word is something that sometimes gets forgotten about in my everyday surroundings and I should have known better.

You've been in this community for a bit now, surely you would've known at the time that this was a breach of C1.2?

Next time if it does get too heated or personal I shall remove myself from the situation (provided I'm not in an active situation) and either log off or put it on airplane mode and i would like to say here now if i do end up getting a second chance i wont ever be trying to throw that word around again nor any slurs like that.

Do you feel as if you'll need to log off of the server to avoid throwing racial slurs around?

With this statement i understand how i should've known which i agree too however i have been forgetful and I only have myself to blame for that and i do take complete responsibility for my actions therefore I have said if i get into that situation again which i can assure u will never happen ever again I will log off to insure i can stay on the server which is all i want. And i will be thoroughly re reading the rules before i do come back into the server if this appeal goes well and you guys do think i deserve another chance.

No. I do not feel i will need to log off to avoid throwing ''Racist'' slurs around and for u to say this is rather upsetting as i feel you are trying to label me as something i am not yes the slur was homophobic not racist and as a result i will not have to log off to insure i don't throw insults like that around as these last few days i've really looked into Homophobia and the damage the slurs could cause and i can assure you i myself feel sick for even trying to offend someone with that word.

The point which had me questioning was you stating "I shall remove myself from the situation (provided I'm not in an active situation) and either log off or put it on airplane mode", if we do need to log off to avoid throwing homophobic slurs around then there does appear to be an issue.

Could I ask your plan, if you've given another chance to return to RPUK?

I dont need to remove myself from the situation as i've said many times it was a stupid mistake and i will never do it again but I am willing to remove myself from any situations that could lead to that.

My plans would be to build my character up even more and hopefully be apart of Groves rebuild and help them become what they was a couple months back. I really do Enjoy the server so I think i have most definitely learnt my lesson and i can promise u wont be seeing another appeal up from me about another rule like this. And as i said im most definitely going to refresh myself on the rules.

You have had 3 warnings since January for misusing OOC, you have been a member on this community for roughly 10 months so why 3 of the same warnings now?
You of all people would know that what you were trying to post is not acceptable here at all and that it has consequences when you even try it. With how long you have been here I do not believe this was a "heat of the moment" thing and even if it was, what makes us trust and believe you wouldn't do something like this again in the "heat of the moment"

I am willing to remove myself from any situations that could lead to that.

You were alone in a house when you had tried to post this message, unsure how you can remove yourself from your own company but that is for you to work out when you next appeal.

You can appeal again in 1 month 12/05/2024
