In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was buying duped ammo and possibly guns too of a guy i met in game who had been around longer than i had so i had no reason to suspect the stuff was duped. he gave me a perfectly good explanation off where the stuff was coming from and why it was so cheap so i continued to buy off him until, we sold a thousand bullets or so to the ballers and questions started to arise.

Why should we unban you ?: i should be unbanned as i genuinely did not know the stuff was duped, for example if you buy a stolen car ... you will not be arrested for buying the stolen car the car just simply gets taken from you unless you had something to do with the car being stolen and i think the same rules should apply in this situation. if i was duping myself then i understand the ban but i was just a victim but yet still being treated like i was duping myself. A member off staff explained to annfrank0121 the stuff was duped before we got banned and we stopped buying, that shows we were unaware and on finding out we didnt want nothing to do with the stuff.

I didn’t keep track of how many times I met him but it was a few times over the course of a month or something not even sure tbh and I would call him or text him

What would be mentioned in these messages? It was mentioned by one of you that he disappeared for a bit did he mention why at all to you?

The texts between me n him would be gps locations to meet and me asking if he’s around n what’s about, the whole point of someone disappearing is that no one knows where they are lool, so no he didn’t explain i jus couldn’t get hold of him then a member of staff told annfrank the situation with the bullets being duped then that was the end of that then we got banned like a good week n half to two weeks after the last transaction and now being asked to remember everything almost a month after ... I also smoke a lot so memories a myth man it’s a bit peak but to round it off I bought guns and bullets off him we text, called and met and exchanged cash and sometimes did bank transfers.

if people offer you guns for a fairly cheap price please in future make a staff member aware of this. People in the past have sold guns / ammo for rather cheap in comparison to most prices which raises concerns. I apologise on how long you have waited for this appeal however with the type of ban we have had to look into multiple things to try and remove weapons / ammo that shouldn't be on the island.
