Unban Appeal for JuanNUmbahJUan

Reason given for your ban: C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.:
I believe I was banned under section C2.3, the reason I understand I have been banned is for combat logging.
Let me tell you the story of how I ended up in this spot:
I Elysia came up to me(guy wearing red horse mask) and i was agreeing to pay 500k to meet and talk to this women named : Chloe. Having the past experiences I have had I was very paranoid, during our meeting I heard her whisper to her friend (in the video I have attached to this )
“let’s kill him” (2:52 -2:57)
to this I felt very threatened considering there was 2 of them and I have had bad history so I took out my defensive weapon (SNS pistol) and killed Chloe, her friend and Elysia. The last person was able to taze and down me. As this had happened I got a phone call, usually I would carry on the RP trying to wrap it up ASAP, however, I believed the RP scenario had already finished as I was “dead” so I quit the game and took the call (they were calling me into work). Once I had finished with it, I logged back into the server to find Elysia waiting for me. I stayed quiet as I realised that he was still planning on continuing the RP scenario, I acted as if I was unconscious and dying. He brought me to the dodgy doctor and brought me back to life taking my weapon (SNS pistol) after this he placed me in zipties Soon later I was placed infront of the same group of people at the same place , and they attempted to light me on fire (2-3 failed attempts had occurred and I got fed up) with this in mind and my already dodgy disconnect from my last death I did what I knew I shouldn’t have and quit, making my way to work.
I would like to note that the actions I had taken were completely unacceptable and after having a long think about it, I finally realise that. Nevertheless, out of rage I posted my ban appeal and it was very low effort and was hard to understand. However, being how considerate Drex was in that appeal he still replied and ontop of that gave me some things to improve on. Thinking about the advice I had gotten from my last ban appeal I put in a lot of effort and posted my second appeal (this one) however, I don’t believe my English skills did it justice as I am alright at speaking but when it comes to writing I am not the best and very basic. With this in mind, I took to my English native speaker to help me write and translate this to ensure that this is the best quality ban appeal I am able to present the community with.
Why should we unban you ?:
Throughout the time I have been banned, I have learnt a lot and although it may seem like a small amount of time, not being able to play RPUK has been difficult for me as time has been passing very slowly. With this time I have had off I have read through the rules countless times and looked over my fair share of forums, learning the dynamics of how the server works and how the community is based.
Through this research I have learnt that RolePlaying is one of the most important unwritten rules of the server. Without roleplay what is there? And that is the question I have been asking myself, with no roleplay there would be nothing to hold on to, there wouldn't even be a value to the the items I hold (like the SNS pistol I combat logged with) I can assure you that I have learnt that RolePlaying is way more important than the value of items and the grinding I put into getting them and I am more than happy to do whatever it takes to prove this to you.
I appreciate the fact that you have taken the time to reply to my appeal and I hope you can understand my mistakes and that I truly have learnt from them. One last thing I would like to add is a truthful and honest apology to those that were affected during my poor choice of actions, the staff team for reading over this and to the rest of the community.

Quote"- If you needed to leave for work, I'd imagine you knew this prior to being in the situation that you were - You didn't make any attempt to inform either the people involved or a member of staff that you had to leave. "Quote
as i said multiple times to all in this situation i said that the setting is not as i demand it to be but it was what it was and i went with the flow i dont know when i have to go to work prior since i am a "jumper" in my business (a resaurant) 2nd i dont notfy staff for something like this since they have to handle other shit anyway

for me this was the first combat log since i ve got a call at that time i also have visual content of me leaving for the last time if needed i ll upload it
Quote" During the situation, you made comments that were hinting towards you 'remembering' the situation of your death. You stated 'I am going to wake up at the hospital, first thing I'll do is buy a phone', referring to notes/texts made regarding your own death there. "Quote
i would have no problem with it if i wake up at the hospital when i be coming back to the city and my if my messages are delted or not can only decide rngsus.
Quote You stated that you had 'recorded your death / your killers' with your "google glasses" while restrained in the vehicle, which would be used as evidence of your own murder. Quote
after that idk what gray hair ladys name was /is but she /me takes away googleglasses or somthing at that moment i d ofcourse not be able to remember it in rp. i would have only when she wouldnt have taken it.
