Reason given for your ban: I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN BANNED FOR COMBAT LOGGING? WHICH IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I havnt broke any city rules while roleplaying so i am very confused to why i have been banned.

Why should we unban you ?: i am very new to this server but i have read the rules and as far as i am concerned i have stuck to the rules and brought quality role play to the server on my behalf, the only thing i could possibly think of why i may have been banned is the situation with the gang when they killed me. if this is the reason pls let me explain fully what happened, i was outside a clothing store waiting for my friends to change outfit. i had problems in head so i excused myself from my screen for 10 minutes and when i come back i am for some reason dead in the car. the gang then kidnapped me after having no initiation towards me as i was in head and by the time i came back my death option was pretty much available! they then took me to the top of a mountain to dump me in the mud, as i got to the top of the mountain my death option became available so i chose it and decided to forget about what happened and just take the death. so if i have been reported for combat logging then that is DEFINATELY NOT THE CASE if you was to check my log i did not leave the server i respawned and carried on with a new life. i was asked in chat after to talk in laison but but still now i dont no what he meant by laison as i was supposed to forget about what hapened.
I HAVE NOT INTENDED TO BREAK ANY RULES AND MY MAIN GOAL IS TO ALWAYS HAVE QUALITY ROLE PLAY BEHING MY ACTIONS. my previous history with the city ive witnessed tons of people who have chose death while in company of suspects and nothing has ever happened so ithought that was just standard procedure, i didnt expect myself to sit on a hill (dead) for over 40 minutes. i thought choosing death was only way out from there no? PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE SLIGHT MISTAKES TO LEARN FROM THEM OTHERWISE IT WONT EVER GROW AND GET BETTER, AS FROM THIS SITUATION IT HAS AMDE ME OPEN MY EYES EVEN MORE AND LOOK INTO THINGS ABIT MORE THEN I ALREADY AM. I THINK ITS VERY UNFAIR FOR ME TO BE ON ANY TYPE OF BAN ESPECIALLY A PERMANENT ONE!!!!!

How are we?

You did in fact combat log, did you at any point die to another player and decided to log 30 seconds later?
I'll quote the rule for you and highlight the factors that played a fact into your ban. 
 
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

Combat Logging bans automatically come with a 1 month appeal cooldown, meaning you can not appeal this ban till the 31/09/2023
In the mean time I highly recommend to have a re-read of our rules and be honest with us about your situation.

Is not the truth at all is it? I'll throw you a memory refresher bone, even though this has happened a few hours ago. 
You get killed by a player, exit the game 30 seconds later.
No OOC message about you having to go due to the time, or making a staff ticket to ensure this wasn't malicious.
