In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: At the time I was given no actual speaking to about it, so was a tad confused but after researching the rules further I now understand I was banned for transferring items between characters, so I had basically come back to the city after a lengthy 2 year(ish) coma, started up with my old character Johnny Bigwigs and after a day realised I wanted to start afresh, I did not realise that transferring the M4 I had bought the day previously over to my new character would cause any issues, but obviously I was wrong and now understand my mistake.

Why should we unban you ?: I like to believe that even though ive only been back in the city for a week or so, Wayne Seaman has brought a very positive RP experience to those who have encountered Wayne, I was in the middle of building a very important story line with a couple of individuals and would really like to see how far we could take it, i've also been playing on your servers for a very long time without any issues being brought to my attention.

No my friend I genuinely had no idea this was a wrong doing, I was trying to RP it off as “my cousin left the city and had left me a couple of things” as I believed it to be nothing major in terms of the items, obviously In terms of transferring stuff across I now can see where the issues would lay, in terms of the server economy and fair character progression. I’ve heard of people spam creating new characters in order to receive the spawn money which is what I’d assumed could be the only thing wrong with transferring stuff as you could in theory essentially roleplay any other transferrables from built up characters. I can assure you that if I’m granted access back onto the server, now realising my wrongdoings the actions will not be repeated.. ever.

The character you chose to keep, will receive a full character wipe (Money, items, cars, houses, storage units etc), the other character will be deleted.
This action will be irreversible.

Cheers for the reply fella, if given the chance I’d like to keep Wayne to progress his storyline, regarding possessions being taken, that’s all fine and I agree to those terms, however in terms of licenses, skills, phone contacts will that be remaining so I can actually re-grind everything that I’ll lose in this process? 
 

Once again I reiterate that I acknowledge my wrong doing and can guarantee it won’t happen again, I’m not the type to be bitter about the situation because ultimately it was my fault for not re-informing myself with the rules of the server.

I believe licenses and skills remain untouched. Don't quote me on that.
Phone contacts will remain, similarly with your characters RP memories, photos etc - I suppose we'll have to find out once the wipe is done.

I'll request this to be done now - You'll be unbanned and granted a fresh start, and another shot at this once the wipe is completed.
In the meantime, please have a re-read of our rules.
   - Please note that these wipes are done by Staff Leads and Dev Leads only, they are both very busy positions and unban appeals hold the lowest priority, therefor we ask for your patience on the matter.
