Reason given for your ban: G1.2, G2.3, G4.3, G4.4
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned because I broke these rules by not providing quality role play when attempting to rob someone and also for giving someone a countdown to drop a certain item while holding a gun to his head, I also did not roleplay my injuries one time I got killed and dumped in the water and after that happened I then respawned and then broke rule G4.3 because I was on the phone and someone asked me what happened to the gun I was carrying and instead of saying I don't remember or Im not sure I told him I had been robbed and got dumped in the ocean n lost the gun because of it. when really my character should have not known what happened because i had to respawn. I will explain below what happened in full detail.
Why should we unban you ?: I am honestly embarrassed and disappointed in myself for having to write an appeal for the 2nd time and what makes it worse is I only just got unbanned and I told you guys that I would never break a rule again.. I aint making excuses or going to lie I will tell you guys bit by bit what I believe is the reason why I am banned for 2nd time, I believe all of these rules that were broken happened when I was doing the same activity all night till like 4 in the morning I was robbing people with a group of other scottish guys I met and my roleplay that night was really poor we were telling guys to put there hands up and then im sure I gave someone a countdown to start speaking or id report him for not talking when we rolled up to him, then later on that night I believe I may have says something about I have to go do something IRL like I need to fly out I gotta walk the dog or something like that, then later on about 3 in the morning I got robbed and my throat slit from a guy holding broken glass and instead of roleplaying my injuries I decided to sit there annoyed because I knew I was going to lose my inventory items like my friends gun and other stuff I was carrying basically I let my emotions get better of me and I didnt roleplay because of it, after respawning when I got robbed and dumped I called a friend to tell him sorry i lost your gun i got dumped etc i will replace your gun tomorrow.. when really my character had to respawn so i shouldnt have known anything about a gun or getting robbed 20 mins before that phone call. I know you guys/girls who deal with the server and ban appeals will see alot of arseholes who just come here to piss around on the server and cant roleplay but i promise you i aint like that, i always roleplay everyday im on if youse can see what i get upto threw the day when i was logged on you will see that i always interact with everyone i see or roleplay with people and have a laugh I also always roleplay my injuries with nhs or if someone drives past and offers to help me I rp it out. I aint making excuses because what I did was totally wrong and not how roleplay works but I know myself what the problem was and why this happened its because I genuinely just put in to many hours when I had two weeks of my work I was playing fivem till like 4/5 every morning and after a good week or so of doing this i started to get really tired and crabbit with people i shouldnt have even been playing when i broke these rules i should have just logged out and taken a day or two off to rest, the reason I broke all these rules in the same night/morning is gen up because I was far to tired was getting to stressed out and for some reason I went robbing which is something my character has never done and his back story isnt about a criminal or a robber so I should have just stuck to doing what I have done since 2021 and roleplayed and made money instead of trying to rob people at silly hours of the morning when I am stressed out, tired and letting my emotions get the better of me. I know yous will see this appeal and think how can you be appealing again so soon but honestly I can roleplay and I do roleplay every day I enjoy this server and the people in it, in future if I was ever aloud back on your server I would not be putting myself in situations where im taking part in roleplay scenarios with like 4 hours sleep and being crabbit and impatience with people and would always stay in character at all times unless staff ask otherwise. If you deny my appeal I totally understand and respect the decision because what I did was totally wrong and not how you go about on a roleplay server.
