Reason given for your ban: C2.2 & G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe i was banned because i created other characters to send the starting money to my friend and then i got him to send the money to my main character, i then did the same for him and he sent me money from extra characters to send to his main character. this was a stupid idea and against the rules that are in place.

Why should we unban you ?: I put in alot of hours grinding for a house some cars and just to have fun and interact with other people in the city who are down for a laugh and good roleplay and was having alot of fun while being in the city, After so many months in the city one day me and a old friend were sitting having a chat and trying to figure out how we were going to get some money in fast to pay of our fines and stop our cars from being scrapped, I dont even know why i agreed to it but we stupidly decided to create other characters and send each other money from the extra characters to our main ones. It was a stupid idea that was made because i wasn't thinking properly and was just thinking about losing my cars etc due to alot of unpaid fines. It was a really stupid mistake and i have had over half a year to think about what i done and i have learned from my mistake i would never even think of doing anything like that again because its against the rules and it is also not fair on everyone else in the city who works hard for there money and follow the rules that are in place.

Why should I even consider this unban appeal given your clear lack of regard for our rules.

it was a stupid mistake that was made by not thinking properly and just panicking about how I would get money to get out of the mess I was in,  I knew it was against the rules and knew it wasn’t fair to go ahead and do what I did, after I had done it I felt terrible because I knew rules were broken and that isn’t usually like me to do such stupid things,   I have had a long time away from the server to sit and think about what I did wrong and I can promise you it was a one off stupid mistake that made me lose everything I worked hard for I have realised that I should never have done it and it was not fair for anyone else in the city, the rules are in place for a reason and I totally respect every rule that is in place.  If I was ever unbanned and giving a second chance I would 100% never break a rule that is in place again because not being able to roleplay in this city has been absolutely horrible for me but it was my own fault, I would apply to join the rangers and do a lot of hunting and take part in some fun roleplay I can assure you I would never break another rule I have learned from what I did last time.

Yeah that is how it went, we were speaking and my old friend came up with the idea to try get out the mess we were in and I stupidly agreed to it.  Wasn’t thinking properly at the time I know what I done was wrong and against the rules that are in place.  I have learned from what I done 9 month ago and I know that these rules I broke are in place to keep the server fair to everyone and so nobody can have an advantage over anyone else by doing what I did for quick money. I deserved to be banned for breaking these rules but I am hoping I can get a second chance to come back to the city and get back to doing what I used to love doing as I have had a long time to sit n think about what I did to get banned and why I shouldn’t have done it

 
These types of bans come with the following conditions if you were to have a successful appeal -

  • Deletion of all character Except One
  • Full Wipe of the selected character that you wish to keep (This includes but not limited too, Houses, Cars, Money in Bank, Money in Cash)

yeah I accept that, if possible could josh hervey be the character that is kept and the rest wiped please.  
 
also Liam no I wouldn’t usually listen to people or what they tell me to do just that one time I really wasn’t using my head or thinking properly, after learning from my mistake I know better now.
