In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Good evening, to whoever takes care/deals with my appeal i’m sorry for having to waste your time in dealing with things like this, firstly i want to explain myself from my point of view. I will admit i was in a discord call talking with said group. you know how boring it gets not talking to anyone while in the city? we are in a discord call to have a chat and a laugh, admittedly being in a discord call and taking while in situations is not ideal as it can limit roleplay by not being able to hear said person in game by discord overlay.
i know the main reason i’m here is because of the police chase onwards. i myself had deafened in the discord call as soon as this chase had started i did however have music on in the background which limited my hearing so from time to time i didn’t answer anyone back who was trying to start any rp within these situations after the 8pm storm. Which looking back now i shouldn’t have had it so loud. But from the instant i was killed by pdm by the police after i shot at them and on the floor i had un deafen in discord and then started talking in there which i shouldn’t have as i was in a rp situation. i did however say where we was but not for them to come get us just i said “we are dead outside pdm by aztecas block” which looking back now was definitely not the right thing to do. i would not of asked them to come get us as there was 8-10 armed police with helmets and assault rifles surrounding the area, they would just loose their guns and it would be a suicide mission.
do feel free to fill in any bit you feel have been left out as my memory isn’t the best,

edit: to further this i believe because after being downed i undeafened things were getting confused as the other members thought we were still alive due to us speaking in discord thinking we were on the radio but in reality they heard me speaking through discord, looking back now i see why discord is not to be used while in the server as it can do what we have experienced, All i can say is sorry and i can guarantee if i was to be unbanned discord will no longer be in use while within the city.
Why should we unban you ?: i feel like i should be unbanned as the amount of respect i have for the people who want this community to thrive and do well is highly appreciated, i feel like i’ve made a mistake, a slip up i would like to say as in the future if i was to be unbanned i would not let discord interrupt anything nor would i let anyone know anything within ooc which is to try and benefit me. i want to be apart of this community i’ve spent over 800hours putting hard work and effort into this server, i’ve let myself down.
