Reason given for your ban: C2.2 "Exploiting"

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe my reason for being banned was in the act of robbing a fellow city citizen, I took him to the hospital up north where I took him into be checked in and he inserted "passed out" into his /me command, which I considered obviously he had passed out; therefore, I was going to just leave him there, but however he then shouted for help. How does a man shout for help while being passed out? so I questioned and questioned him, no response. I therefore kicked him out of the hospital so I could place him into a car which would lead to him being dumped into the sea.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe you should unban me due to the fact of how much commitment and love I have for this server as you can see I have just under 400 hours on the server, which i have learnt many things, i consider this a slip up and looking back on my actions I see I did wrong; I have however tried my hardest improving my rp standards and interaction within the city. I'm sincerely apologise for the fact i disturbed the rp of the man i dumped, thanks, JL

Referring back to the kicking the man out of the hospital, I was not clear that this action was not allowed, since you could in theory kick someone across the floor. Sorry on my behalf, I have formally apologised to the individual who was involved. it won't happen again now that I have learnt from my mistake.

I'll pop a few questions for you to answer when the appeal is unlocked tomorrow. 

Since you decided to bump your appeal and in turn break one of the appeal process rules how can we trust you will follow other rules on the server if you are willing not to follow the simple ones we have set out for appeals? 

In relation to the rule break overall (Exploiting), If this was a "Slip up" in your own words, Why didn't you go to discord with the other party when they asked multiple times in ooc? You decided to believe you we're in the right looking over your chat at the time. I'll quote your response when the other party asked to talk in discord "what for you not complying yeah mate great one?" 

Now reading what you put in chat and your appeal contradicts itself, As in ooc chat you believe you we're right as you thought the other party broke a rule by reading the above, However here you are saying it's a mistake?

Good afternoon, Stuart. First of all, the "bump" was not intentionally for the purpose of me getting spoken to quicker. After reading through my appeal i felt i needed to add 
a few more points. I didn't realize until after posting the second bits of information on the separate tag that i could edit the previous one. It was most definitely not posted
to speed up the process. 

I can guarantee to you that no rules will be broken at anytime. If I get unbanned,you will not see me here again. 

The reason why i did not join the other party in discord was because i did not feel that i did anything wrong at the time, i was clueless. That is why looking back i can 
understand why it is seen as "exploiting" and i am sorry for making that mistake. The reason at the time i put in OOC is that i felt i did nothing wrong. but however after 
seeing that i have been banned was when i realised i was completely oblivious to the fact of what i have done.

 It most definitely wont happen again, i am trying to better my and everyone else's role playing experience

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

The reason my actions that I performed was classed as a rule break was because it delivered an unfair advantage due to me punching the other party out of hospital which isn't allowed. As i mentioned before i didn't know at the time i broke such a serious rule. due to the accept and decline option for carrying another player is there for a reason and i breached that. however, i will, if i get unbanned be a lot more cautious as i value my time and position on the server.

@Josh LanderI have reviewed your answer and you are indeed correct you delivered an unfair advantage to another and exploited the situation.

Take this is your one and only chance, on this occasion I am willing to give you the opportunity to play on the server again and prove that you can learn from your mistake, however if you are found to be in this situation again, you will find it harder to come back next time.
