In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: After going over the game rules I understand what I did was against the rules even though I didn’t get any self gain but helping a friend transfer goods between characters is against the rules

I have learnt this by spending a lot of time reading the rules so I have more of an understanding about what’s allowed and what’s not allowed.

Why should we unban you ?: After reading the game rules I have a much deeper understanding of what is allowed in the server and what I did was wrong but overall we make mistakes as alls we can do is become better and learn from our mistakes

I really hope that admins understand that I truly wasn’t trying to take advantage of this situation for self gain and that I was just trying to help a friend and now understand that I need to check the rules more often to keep updated before going through with something

Really hope that admin understand where I’m coming from and I’ve met some amazing friends in the little time that I’ve been in the server I really hope that it’s not the end and that I can carry on in the best role play community server out there all's I can do is apologise and I will make sure this does not happen again if it is the end Thank you for being a really good role playing community

Good evening @josh hobbo, this is much better than your last appeal!
Frankly, for someone trying to convince us they want another chance on the server a little bit of effort in the appeal is much appreciated

When you created your character, you checked a box to say you've read and understand all of the server rules.
Please tell me, why has it taken for you to receive a permanent ban to then go and read the rules rather than doing so in the first place?

I read the rules but struggle to understand as I have dyslexia, so reading large amounts of texts on a website is my downfall, but to combat this I've had my fiancée read it all to me so that I have a better understanding of the rules and so that it wont happen again, I fully understand and fully regret the choice I have made and will learn from this.

If I'm banned {no more chances} thanks for making a good RP sever and I understand you have to do what u do to keep this server as good as it is,

This is also the wrong ban section, as you were banned on fivem, not malden life, but that's a lesson for another time when making an appeal. 

This is your first ban, which is a shame, if given a second chance how do we as staff know we won't see each other here again in 2 weeks ~ 3 weeks? 
What was your goal with transferring items/money over? Were you testing your luck of not being caught? 
Were you trying to min max? 

Obviously with transferring money the ban automatically comes with a wipe. 
Josh Hobbo will receive a full wipe of his assets, money, cars, items.

Hello mike, how your day been, 

to start with, yes this is my first ban I've not been the city for too long, I believe I should have a second chance because I wasn't trying to break no rules,

This has all happened cos I went out of my way to help a friend in the city -- reason she wanted to transfer her funds to another account / character was because she had troubles with her outfits and couldn't get it fixed, all the outfits was showing body parts threw the cloths (do have pics of this if u want to see proof) she said she tried everything to fix this, 

So she sent me her money and asked me to send it on another character, I just thought I was helping her,

I did not earn / gained a single pound out of this, (your happy to check my bank balance in game) I understand this shouldn't be done but wasn't in my interest at all, hence why I think I should be unbanned, 

will I loose everything even though, I gain nothing from this and wasn't my idea or anything just been in town for a short amount of time, I really wasn't doing anything I shouldn't, I just feel I should of got some sort of warning cos you can see I didn't gain out.

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This goes for both the player transferring said items and / or the third party. 
I understand you may feel like this is unfair, but it's been set this way for a reason. 

Let me ask you this, how would your character know the other person? 

If you want to return to the community, you will need to go through a wipe, regardless of you not "gaining a single pound".

I'd like to ask, at no point didn't you think this is unfair? Sketch? Maybe against the server rules?
When you create a new character, you're greeted with a tick box message if you've read the rules, have you read the rules prior? Or did a ban motivate you to catch up with them?

I understand Ill get a full wipe that's fine thought id try see if I could keep stuff, my bad sorry,

I fully understand what I did and have had time to reflect and read the rules again and get them read to me like I said, 

I met her in the sever RPing, she was in trouble with a gang and needed a lift so helped her out a bit in game,
