Reason given for your ban: G2.4

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned after being reported for NVL during a situation between Grove and Vagos while at the dodgy doctor when being asked to drop everything I was milking it and dropping things slowly which led to them killing me. Due to FBS it is a permanent ban.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned as this one scenario that happened does NOT represent me as a whole from the countless times that I have provided high quality RP. Looking back now at the situation I don't know why I was milking it so much when dropping my items other than the fact that it has happened to me and many others a lot of times where you try to get someone to drop something and they beat around the bush and stall to waste time. Ultimately I should have just dropped the gun as it was on 0.16% and not worth being banned over however in the heat of the moment I did not and it has lead to me being on the forums again. I understand the NVL rule and don't really know why I did it as the gun was literally about to expire within an hour or so, I think I may have been annoyed or frustrated at the time and let y emotions get the better of me. I understand the ban is permanent due to FBS however I do understand that what I did was wrong upon reflection and I am sorry. I should have taken responsibility for my actions and I may have not ended up here again.

As mentioned in the last appeal I agree that 24 hours was not enough time to reflect on my actions after being apart of the community for over 2 years however, I feel as though now I have had enough time to reflect and take responsibility for my actions. I understand that what I did was wrong and it shouldn't have happened as the guns were on 0.18% meaning they were literally about to break so should've just dropped but in the moment I didn't looking back I don't know why I did it other than not thinking about the consequences. I understand why I was banned and hope to be given enough chance to be apart of the community i've learned to enjoy being apart of for the last 2 years.

Would you say that because other people break rules around you, this gives you an excuse to drop your own roleplay standards? 

 
Thanks for the reply and No i do not think that other people breaking rules should allow me to drop my roleplay standards however I am not perfect and I understand that I made a stupid mistake and what I did was wrong. I just wanted to put it out there that I had witnessed a lot worse than what I did and that there could have been multiple different outcomes to my situation depending on the situation prior the main reason I did what I did was an I was annoyed as i was made to believe that I was going to be sent to hospital so I could remember the situation that happened with Grove as Vagos had nothing to do with the situation they just took my body after Grove shot me, however this is not an excuse for my actions was just trying to provide some context to the situation and to give reason for what I did. I know what I did was wrong and considering how long i've been apart of the community I should have taken more responsibility and been smarter.

Upset that you lost the situation? Didn't want to lose any items? Fed up with the roleplay?

I wouldn't say I was upset about losing any items as the guns were on around 0.18% virtually about to break forever, the reason I wanted to stay alive was so that I could go and confront Grove about the situation as in the past I have spent hours and days fighting grove over the ownership of Dutch London and the two different parts of the turf. I was killed by grove and taken to a dodgy doctor by Vagos so I wasn't happy or overwhelmed by the outcome of the situation but that's not an excuse for what I did. I was annoyed and angry with the Vagos as I spoke to them after they had re'gained my consciousness and was told I would be taken to hospital meaning I would remember the situation with Grove prior to dying. I have taken many losses on the server a lot worse than losing a glock worth almost nothing I was just frustrated at the time how the whole situation unfolded. I did end up losing all of the items I had on myself aswell as I was dumped by the Vagos members. In regards to the roleplay there wasn't much roleplay at all to be honest I was just chucked in the boot for around 45 - 50 mins while they tried to find a dodgy doctor while popping the boot now and then to see if I was still in there. That is also not an excuse for why I did what I did just trying to add some context to the situation .

This is the second time you've been banned for this rulecode now, therefore I'd be hoping you're extremely familiar with it. 

How can I be sure that this kind of thing will not happen again if I were to unban you? 

 
I am very familiar with it you are right, the times I've been punished for it are when I have been associated with a gang or crime group that I was involved with in the past if I get the chance to be unbanned i'm not going to get involved with gangs and focus on making money and enjoying RP trying to form new scenarios and meeting new people. Also, having being banned from this rule code I am aware of the consequences and it shows to me how much I enjoy playing the server as I miss not being able to play when I want to. I can assure you that I won't be making these silly mistakes again over materialistic items just so that I can carry on a situation. I'd much rather not be breaking any rules and enjoying ther server than being on the forums trying to get unbanned. 

 
Hello @Josh Deontay, thanks for the response.

Your ban record has been building up a lot recently, I can only assume that you're letting your roleplaying standards drop for some unknown reason?
The thing is, we will not just keep entertaining you ban after ban, I am however inclined to give you another chance on the server due to how you've answered these questions throughout the appeal and I don't want to close the door just yet.

However what I will say is, as per FBS any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent. This ban will also come with a 6 month cooldown before you may appeal it.
Please, do not waste your chance as this cooldown will not be lifted.
