In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe i was banned under the belief of association of meta gaming.

Why should we unban you ?: First of all i would like to thank the person who goes out of there way to read my application. Now i would like to clarify that i was in discord with the other parties involved in the situation who have also been banned but i was not in there to gain a advantage on the server or find any way to cheat or meta game. Now during the call i was in and out of being deafend during the rp. so i was confused to when i logged on and find out and had been banned so i spoke to another member who got banned and he informed me it had to do with me and another member pulling up to pd and the hospital(correct me if im wrong please). i was deafend at this pooint and one of the other member who was alive had told me to come pdm witch i did and we seen the other member who was down. i said on radio lets go to the hospitol and try and ambush the police before they had even went to pillbox, I believe that since my first ban I have provided a fairly high level of rp scenarios to other members on the server and am learning new stuff each day I spend on the server. i do enjoy playing on rpuk and would like to continue because there are not many servers out there that provided high levels of rp bring updates and have a good staff team to take care of the server. i appreciate the time i have had on the server and would apricate another chance to bring more rp to it. Thank Liam for taking Some time out of Your day to respond to my appeal i know the staff can be busy so i apricate it .

So to answer Your question I worded it poorly and that's my bad and apologise for it but I should of worded I know rather than saying believe under association of metagaming.

as I have said I have not denied being in a call with said members during our rp situation witch I know isn't the best thing as it can not be the best choice to do as we can I seen I have ended up in my current situation. I have spoke to all the members involved and have been informed it had to do with 2 of us pulling up to pdm as 2 were down and then we went to pillbox and would just like to clarify a couple things on my end.

First I would like to state that I did go to both pdm and pillbox as the members were down yes. Now with pdm  I was driving back from polito with the other member(Tony) and i radio and said along the lines of where you to and going. I cant remember word for word and replied pdm and I believe I asked witch one at this point to my knowledge  i had muted my self in discord. 

The 2nd part is the members told me was about pillbox and how I knew they where there. I have been in my fair amount of rp situations in where the i have gone down to the police with a gun from my experience you will near enough always be taken to the nearest hospital. So I had radio through and said lets hit the hospital and try get the guns of the feds and that is why I went to pillbox. 

I have not denied being in discord I am openly admitting it but the member tony who has already said he was the one that gathered the information that they were at pd,I am aware that I was in discord during rp scenarios and I put put my hands up and can only apologies for my actions and I am willing to take responsibility for my actions .

I know  The staff team hear this on a regular but I do enjoy this server and would hope to be giving Another chance to prove i can provide quality rp and have some fun once again

So my issue is,

Yes, your friends stated they were going to the ‘city’ yet no further locations were given.

Two of your friends were chased by police, shot and downed. No radio communications from them of there whereabouts prior to go down.

One of your friends showed up to your downed friends on a bike, never used his phone nor radio but just watched the scenario unfold.

Both of your downed friends were taken to Pillbox, were one of your friends (Yet again not using a radio or phone) says in RP (hot micing) ‘Are they being taken to Upper or Lower.

The bike man from before whom was watching the scenario turned up at Pillbox and was instantly placed into cuffs, still no communication from him towards your friends (Maybe in Discord)

You then went directly from Spanish Avenue Ammunination to Pillbox with nothing being said

Do you still want to go along with your story? We have that timeline which I’ve stated and some more.

As I have stated there has been no denying me being in the call with Yes I admit this but I have said That it was tony who had gather the information via discord as he has admitted to it already 

I had radio him where you going and he said pdm and I pulled up.(Tony was the one on the bike) and seen the members are down. after about 20 seconds of seeing all of the cops and our friends on the floor i left. i used my radio to tony and said lets hit the hospital had nothing to do with metagaming at this point. i have been in enough situations to know thats where they were gona take him. When tony said lower or upper he was in discord speaking to them but that had nothing to do with me.

as for the Spanish avenue i  can confirm yes i found out he was getting cuffed and went starght there and can only put my hands up and take responsibility for the matter in hand.

I know  The staff team hear this on a regular but I do enjoy this server and would hope to be giving Another chance to prove i can provide quality rp and have some fun once again and i hope i can prove that i have learned from my mistakes.

So if you’re friends were downed at PDM, why did you end up in Spanish avenue before going to Pillbox? 
 

Surely if you “knew in RP” your friends had been taken by police, that you’d go straight to Pillbox as you said?

originally i was driving about thinking what the plan would be when going to pillbox so I was just nervously driving around I was contemplating things like if i had bullets a melee ziptie etc.. 

I am aware this is a short reply and don't want it to come across as not caring or putting effort into it but it is all I can say on the situation. i just hope i am making progress to earn another chance to play on the server once again.
