In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for (G4.4) When you are downed:You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. Which was a lapse of judgement, as I always make sure I try to follow all rules but this rule in particular as this is a rule that provides fun immersive role-play for the other party.
Why should we unban you ?: I feel I should be unbanned as throughout my 2 years on the server following this rule/ role-playing my characters injuries I have always been very consistent on, I have even had praise from members of the community who had noticed this is something I always do. I know my ban / warning history is quite lengthy but I am always trying to improve and better my role-play to ensure both parties have a fair but also fun experience when role-playing with myself, I enjoy the server and providing immersive yet fun role-play scenarios for everyone within this great community which is why I am ashamed of myself for this lapse of judgement as this server means a great deal to me it's not just a game, it's a community one for which I see myself interacting with for a good few years as I've never found a place quite like this one.
I would also like to use this unban appeal to publicly apologise to the other party as I felt I ruined there experience/ immersion. I am very hopeful for another chance I have been on this sever for over 2 years and loved every second I particularly enjoyed getting a life sentence and role-playing my way out via the courts, this is something I particularly enjoyed as it felt as if I was in a movie/ TV series, even this situation in which I was banned I feel I did a good job of role-playing my way out of a 'sticky' situation as I told the other party that I would gladly surrender my gun if it meant I could keep my characters life. I'm asking the staff team to give me a golden chance, I know I've had my fair share of bans but I am constantly trying to learn and better myself but unfortunately on this occasion I let the myself down and also the staff down for this I apologise.
This particular rule considering all of my experience and expertise on the server was very humiliating and stupid for me to break. RPing to a high standard should always be top of my priority list when I jump on the server. Roleplaying my injuries will never ever be a problem again if im allowed back. Not just this rule but any rule in general. I will keep my nose clean and ensure top tier RP so I dont waste anymore of your valuable time on these forums again.
