Why should we unban you: Firstly I would like to start by apologising for my knowledge of the incident that lead to this ban as it was over a year ago and was a spur of the moment decision that lead to my ban.
I feel I should be unbanned as while the combat logging wasn't during any significant situation there was potential that it could of been. I know I shouldn't of combat logged even if it was amongst friends. I've always tried my best to provide the fairest and best RP scenarios possible even going back to my time helping start the apostles we have always tried to provide the best scenarios possible and I feel I could provide more of those again.
When I was banned I was a member of the coalition and while I've been gone for a year there is a few members I've remained in contact with who have remained active players on the server and I would like to join them in creating unique scenarios for everyone. I can assure you I have no intention to break any rules and totally understand there reasoning for being there to make it a fun and safe place for all. While I lost my patience and reacted incorrectly I've learnt my lesson and have no intention to do anything against the rules again.
Given the chance I intend to come back with my character Johnny Riggs and continue his story and see were it goes. I hope to regain some of those friendships I had previously and create new ones along the way and help the community to remain a great place.
I understand now the reason also for giving as much information and explaining things in as much detail as possible also helps these appeals as the full picture is what's required when it comes to deciding on letting someone back into the community. Totally agree with you on the combat logging, was a lapse of judgement and something I've definitely paid the price for and learn from my mistakes.
This rule is there to make situations fair and equal for both sides as after all this is an RP server and doing something as severe as combat logging ends all RP earlier than any natural end and gives an immediate edge against the other people in the scenario as they don't have any avenue to continue. Totally agree on the severity of having the rule in place and its importance on the server.
As for aspirations on Johnny Riggs not quite sure its been some time and with the abrupt exit any ongoing avenues ceased. Id like to explore the newer features for crims and explore the criminal world again and see how things have changed over time. While the character did go down the criminal route they didn't solely focus on that was more a small time criminal than some big time. Johnny Riggs definitely hasn't explored everything there is to offer in the underground and that's something id love to explore further.
Creating a new character isn't something I've given too much thought however and the extent of legal activities that peak my interest would be anything around the mechanics side of things as I've an interest in pursuing something along those lines as someone who likes a nice car. Jobs like the police etc ive given a try and it wasn't something I could see myself pursuing long term and as such got let go

How can we be so sure that, in the event of getting shot again, by friend or foe, you won't exit the game in 'a spur of the moment decision'?
