Unban Appeal for JohnK

Reason given for your ban: Rule 3.1
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was killed at Ammunation, By somebody which I cannot reference as I do not know even now who they are. Present was Alex Ferkis, 2 guys in a Pink car, and a girl, again I do not know who this person is.
I had my bike outside of ammunition and ran it to tool myself up, came out and the girl had got onto my bike, So I kicked her off of the bike, and she tried getting back on, So I stabbed her, One of the guys in the pink car got out and killed me. Scooped up the girl, and got in the car and drove off.
Alex was present throughout the situation and watched it happen. As he went into ammunation himself, came out and saw the kafuffle.
Alex scooped me up and took me to hospital.
I was experiencing a bug in the hospital, I was slipping down the bed, then glitching back on top.
I streamed my game to Alex, Whilst in the hospital. To try and resolve it.
Alex had something happen outside of hospital and to my knowledge, the admins have picked up on a frame of him alt tabbing and gauged my stream from the top right, then at what time I was checked into hospital.
Without any conversation with me, I was banned under 3.1
Why should we unban you ?: Because I have literally done nothing wrong. I was experiencing an issue in the server and tried resolving it without going OOC, or talking to a admin. Asking him was the best solution at the time.
Also, To the Admins, I meant no offense by my previous appeal.
I would just also like to mention that this is my first offense.
