This includes non-malicious graphical enhancement utilities. We have systems in place in order to detect and punish users for this type of offence. Why do you think you were banned: Hello there,
I got banned for C2.1 back in the start of October for which to this day I am still in the dark for my ban reason.
I have opened multiple tickets and sat in the waiting room on TeamSpeak to try and shed some light on my situation but I have had no joy due to your reasons on these types of bans, understandably so.
I have looked at the situation from your point of view and understand why I have been banned with limited information due to what you think I may be doing, but all I ask is you look at it from my point of view from someone who is genuinely innocent, I do not know how I can possibly prove my innocence.
I can only guess on the reason that I have been banned for and the only reason I can think of is that the staff team think I have walls or some sort of software that enables me to see a specific players cfx or steam names. This is not the case.
The situation I think this ban is for is as follows: I got given some information in city to which I acted upon. I got told there was someone from Cutlass at bins by the name of "*****'' (not going to post the name here due to personal information reasons) which I now believe to be an ooc name, so me and a fellow balla chased down this cutlass, we chased the cutlass from bins all the way up until AE where my fellow balla's game crashed, so I sat there waiting in my friends car, the cutlass span it back round to come and see why we were chasing him. (we was in a full blown war with cutlass at the time) the cutlass comes up to me as I was sat in the passenger seat of the sultan asking questions of who we were and why we were chasing him. I then get out of the car to hands him but the adrenaline that was pumping through me made me accidentally hit the trigger on my M1911 to which a little gun fight broke out. I down this cutlass and wait for my fellow balla to come back from his crash. When he came back he asked me "who have we got here then". Due to being given his name over radio I said this name to him multiple times to see if he would own up to it along with a few other cutlass names I know of to see if he reacts differently to the name I was given thinking that is who he is.
Now before this situation I had no idea who this cutlass was. Like I said, I got told some information over radio in city that a certain '*****' was at bins hence why that name got spurted out on the way to the dam with the cutlass to try and interrogate / intimidate this cutlass. The other Balla from that situation can vouch that the name was given over radio if that helps at all.
This situation has had me scratching my head over the past couple of months trying to figure out why I would be banned if not this situation with the limited information I have been given. I'm not sure how to clear my name of these accusations but I am willing to do whatever it takes to be able to clear my name whether it be various pc checks or any other means that you might have or deem necessary.

Why should we unban you: All I am asking is that you reconsider when I have always been a law abiding citizen as you can tell from my clean record. I have never been banned, never broken the rules and I can assure you I have never used any sort of third party software not even common ones such as graphics packs or sound packs.
